Just a question. Not attacking anyone. I am just curious does the man even owe child support? I mean all them baby mammas and none of them went to the state on him?

That could be a work in progress - speaking from personal experience. It takes a long time .. speaking for myself it has been about a yr and a half and I have no money and he was not put in jail.... I am not sure on this, but since he is in jail it may suspend that sort of thing.. he can't exactly pay when he is in jail and not making any money.. and the state has seized most of his assets.. Good points Courtney, but I am talking about before his arrest. I mean this man has kids that are grown. I 1der if he paid one day of child support since he has had kids by other women That could be a work in progress - speaking from personal experience. he has been paying child support for YEARS for one perticular son, but no he DOES NOT , nor HAS EVER sopported ALL of his children. during the trial, DOCS accountant and witnesses verified he made MILLIONS of $$$ but NEVER claimed any depnedants- so it was VERIFED in COURT that he has the means - he just chooses not to. some of the youg girls who had children by him was threaten or made to feel guilty if they requested help - be it volentary or via child support. when he is being NICE he says he will help out, and sometimes even buy a christmas present HERE AND THERE, but for the most part- he tries to make sure things are not in his name for the porpous of not claiming an income. the only reason the sister with that son was getting child support is becasue she KNEW (from working in the back office) what income/bank accounts, and real estate he did OWN, and which ones he tried to pretend he didnt. a few years ago BEFORE the court case his son Luqman mom and a few other of his BABY moma wrote/published and article in a gerogia newspaper - intitled: DEAD beat dad. for those who dont know- they were refering to him- doc. dont believe me- CHECK IT OUT!  |

If Jin Hee Bae a/k/a Ginger Chang a/k/a "Isis" said while on stand she used to drive for Dr. Malachi York and she was around him most of the time, look at the dates she was on Tama-Re and upstate and compare them to the dates of the allegations made by so-called victims/witnesses for the government. Because she said... she slept with Dr. Malachi York after she was of age, at age 23 after the birth of her second son. Bae testified that these acts were not forced but were consensual. She was with him but never saw him having sex with minors. She testified that she never saw Dr. Malachi Z. York molest her sons, she never saw him molest Amanda Noel a/k/a Amala, she never saw him molest Krystal Harden a/k/a Beluwra, she never saw Issa Johnson molested by Dr. Malachi York, she never saw Tatiyana Thomas a/k/a Atiyah with Dr. Malachi York. If Jin Hee Bae a/k/a Ginger Chang a/k/a "Isis" was with Dr. Malachi York from 1992 to 1995 when she left the community, which are the years that others said he had sex with them, how is it she did not see anything? If there was a court order prior to you being convicted of a nonassociated crime (in most states especially southern) then the dollars keep on clocking. I have of brothers being released on charges only for the judge to whip out a bench warrant for child support. If they didn't have x amount of dollars on the spot, back in da dungeon with ya. |

That's the problem with men today. They can't just be a real man and support their kids and take care of their responsibilities, they have to be threatened and then forced to do something that is their DUTY to do. They OWE it to their child(ren). Instead they choose to leave all the responsiblity on one person that didn't make the baby all by themselves. That is truly a shame. Not only do they not take care of responsiblity, but then they turn around and have the audacity to be MAD that that woman did what she had to do to make sure her child was provided for.. call her a gold-digger, b*tch, so on and so forth. That's ok though, I don't get too mad about the whole thing, you get what you give - so if you do evil then it will be returned to you 100 fold.

If your child's father has the means and is a dead beat, backs you into a corner when all you have is the man to help you, maybe you should kill his azz (he's already proven worthless alive). Now for plan "from da man" B, his social security alotment, it will help. Now for the dead beats who don't file taxes and such (worthless dead) just for greeds sake they deserve the man on them. I was in the child support office meeting with "the man" after receiving less than $1500 (including gifts from his family members, ain't I nice  in 4 yrs. There was a poster of dead beats. Can you believe there are men out there who owe 95k in suport. DAYUM!! |

WAIT--- are we PICKING and choosing what parts of the PROSECUTERS we believe? there was MORE than one driver for doc PLUS what would be the reason behind putting gin he bae on the stand if she DIDNT have nothing RELEVANT for the prosecutors to use? and again what does jin hee bea's testifying to consensual sex with doc have to do with the topic of CHILD support? she NEVER had ANY children by doc. PLUS IF you want to make her a subject- people who was in georgia KNOW for a FACT that she had a BIG argument in 100 about doc having sex with the banaats- the YOUNG girls that he was 'raising'- so STOP your lying!!! stick to the topic or open another thread- but PLEASE please dont lie on the girl- she was a wtinesses for the PROSECTUION. she did NOT deny knowing about him having sex with minors, PLUS what does driving someone has to do with their bedroom? do u really think he was in a car ALL day FACT remains- doc did anything POSSIBLE to not be held acountable for supporting ALL of the kids he laid up and had. he WAS paying child support on a couple of kids who's parents were SMART enought to KNOW, or wasnt naive enought to fall for his threats.his accountant and witness testified he didnt not claim any kids nor any worker- but we ALL know for a fact (that both 'sides' can agree) he has over 100 kids AND he had many people helping him make those millions of which he benifitted to the FULLEST. fancy cars and clothes, heck he was arrested with over $10,000 CASH on him in the car-THE RANGE ROVER- yet there were people living with him STARVING for food, toiletires, MANY times without maxi pads, living in roach and insected INFECTED houses, sewers over flowing into the house with woman and kids and HIS woman and HIS kids lived. people pissing in POTS and JARS becasue the toilets dont work, and washing up in garage sink becasue the shower was backed up. it wasnt JUST 103- 100 ALSO had many times were that big black tub in the back was filled with SHIT!- becasue the sewer was backed up becasue the houses were OVER FLOWED with people. what about when his WIFE amina made ONION WATER 'soup' and had to feed the kids first? boiled water and an ONION- was given to children and woman - while this man sat behind his range rover and fine china eating OMAHA steaks! WHY??? talk about THOSE testimonies that was given in court. say what ever you want- but his OWN witnesses testified to his millions- why was his 'family' living in such conditions? what about the articles that a FEW of his BABY MOMA's wrote about him? why wasnt this 'respectful, god fearing man' taken care of AT LEAST his own? if not all the people he had living on the land working FOR HIM. why did he have to go to new york and BEG his older kids to come back and work with him, and use their skills for HIS benifits? of which they ALL laughed at him and he went back to georgia without any of them OR their money. why is his son that was born and RAISED on the holy land -in jail for armed robbery when someone refused to buy his BOOTLEG (illegal) cd's? these are FACTS all you have is HADITH!  its OKAY if u want to BELIEVE what u do- but dont pass it off as fact when u yourself can not even vouch for it- because u never LIVED and supped with him. |

sometimes xmas was celebrated. sometimes it was childrend day. it was what ever he was in the mood for. there was easter hunts and sometimes it was 'return of the mesiah day', sometimes it was holoween, and sometimes in was 'prophets and angels day'. what ever suits his fancy for that given momment. and TRUST me he would have a 'VALID' explaniation for EITHER one.  |

You have NO IDEA, as to the many different motivations. Or what a person may have gone through, before they took that step. All did it for some reason or another.
Some for the "usual" reasons, and for others, it was much more complicated than that. As I said, you have NO IDEA!

I remember the very first "Children's Day" we celebrated, in '91, the entire floor upstairs was covered with loads of gifts for everybody. The children downstairs in 101, had a room full of toys, and because they did not know of the tradition to sitting around with the family to open up the gifts, one of the binaats, told the children to open up their gifts, unsupervised, and they just went crazy! By the time they finished ripping through gift wrapped paper and boxes, a lot of the toys ended up missing parts or broken!!!! sometimes xmas was celebrated. sometimes it was childrend day. it was what ever he was in the mood for. there was easter hunts and sometimes it was 'return of the mesiah day', sometimes it was holoween, and sometimes in was 'prophets and angels day'. what ever suits his fancy for that given momment. and TRUST me he would have a 'VALID' explaniation for EITHER one. |
