A person is only granted immunity if they themselves are guilty of something. Nicole Lopez aka Adah was given immunity by prosecutor U.S. Attorney Maxwell Wood in exchange for her false testimony against Malachi York. Why? We will let Adah tell you herself. The following is a handwritten letter from Adah Nicole Lopez to Layla Martinez, the sister of Kuwsh Martinez who was one of the minors that Adah molested. this letter she was 25 and he was 16 years of age. This letter speaks about a party that they all attended which shows you the nature of some of the other "alleged victims" in this case. These are all out of control teens, spear head and controlled by several adults including Adah "Nicole Lopez" who was age 25, Shababa "Sarah Williams" who was age 20 rebelling against authority. They admit that the type of behavior they were engaged in was NOT tolerated by Malachi York and they risked the chance of being in trouble. As you read you will see these teenage girls, boys and adults are sneaking off into a building, located on the property at 404 Shady Dale Rd. , to get drunk and engage in group sexual activities. This is proof of the lifestyle they were living while Mr. York resided in Athens, GA. It also further proves none of these teenagers were in Athens, GA at the time they raised the accusations. In fact during this "Party" Barbara Noel aka Shaida the mother of of David Noel who recanted twice, Amanda Noel who admitted to lying to the grand jury, and Nicole Lopez (Adah) who admitted to molesting a 15 year old boy, was in the house, came in the room and left out.


Barbara Noel is the same woman who sent threatening emails to the families on the land, bribing them of five (5) thousand dollars stating that it's in the best interest of Mr. York or there will be trouble. This is also the same woman who illegally purchased a house with Jacob York aka Jake in Stone Mountain, Ga. (5179 Meadowbrook Chase, Stone Mountain, Georgia 30088) Why would a mother allow her 25 year old daughter to molest a 14 year old boy in the her presence? She condoned this type of behavior and is an accomplice to a crime. That’s not it, this letter also admits the lesbian relationship between the girls when Adah talks about how she and Krystal Harden aka Beluwra who was also underage and another accuser and liar are dancing together and when a boy tried to step in she got scared admitting she never danced with the opposite sex before. Adah admits that both her and her sister Amanda slept with Kuwsh Martinez, one right after the other. Now where do you think the sexually transmitted diseases came from? They gave them to each other that is why all of them have diseases, that Mr. York does not have. Read for yourself. I don’t know why he (Kuwsh a 14 year old boy) doesn’t write me (Adah a 25-year old woman) back when he (Kuwsh age 14) was here. So when he was leaving I told David (Adah's brother, another so-called alleged victim who recanted his statement twice David “Taariq” Noel DOB 10/25/85) to tell him, he never found out the person. He told David, he is not stupid, he knows who it is, and he loves me too! I could have died. I was smiling for a week. Nobody has ever told me that. Please if you see him tell him to write me. I miss him. And hopefully when I get the balls up, I’ll be with him. So he doesn’t have to front or hold his feelings (It is a known fact that Adah continued these acts of child molestation after she left).

What's important to remember is that Malachi York sold the land at 404 Shady Dale Rd. (gave up ownership of the land) and moved to Athens GA. in 1999 A.D. The owners of the land allowed the families who lived on the land to remain there. Everyone that was mentioned in the Malachi Z. York case is found right here in this letter; everything from child molestation to giving minors alcohol to threats of death to sodomy to homosexuality, to lesbians, to stealing to vulgarity. These are the things that they used to create the alleged acts to set up Malachi York. All this in one letter and these are the people involved in this one letter:


1. Barbra Noel; mother of Adah “Nicole” Lopez, Amanda “Amala” Noel, and David “Taariq” Noel. All Government witnesses.


2. Nicole Harden; mother of Krystal "Beluwra" Harden, both government witnesses


3. Shelomoh LaRoche; brother of Khalid "Eddie" Eddington, both government witness


4. Nicole Lopez "Adah", government witness who admitted to child molestation but is protected by the government.


5. Sarah "Shababa" Williams, not involved in the case but listed in the conspiracy and possibly under investigation for her actions


And we would like to thank Layla Martinez sister of Qumra Martinez, a Government witness, also a sister of Kuwsh who was a victim of Nicole "Adah" Lopez, and a sister of Farah Muhammad who testified to the conspiracy and Cheryl Martinez, Layla's mother who did a video stating her concerns about what Nicole "Adah" Lopez did to her son. It is real clear to anyone that the pieces of the puzzle of the conspiracy are coming together.


It was at this time that all of these acts of molestation including Adah seducing young boys, as well as Nicole Harden aka Husna molesting Abdul Salaam LaRoche aka Shelomoh took place. It was well known in the community that Mr. York did not tolerate such perverted activities.


After reading this letter you can clearly see:


1) Adah admits to molesting Kuwsh Muhammad who is the brother of Farah Muhammad who is ready willing and able to testify to the whole conspiracy against Mr. York. Kuwsh is also the brother of Qumra Muhammad. This is the same Qumra who called and threaten her sister Farah not to testify in court.


2) None of these perverted sexual activities were condoned or tolerated by Mr York.


3) Malachi York did not live on the land, in fact he moved in 1999 to Athens GA


4) Adah encouraged under aged boys and girls to steal and drink alcohol.


5) Barbara Noel, mother of Adah “Nicole” Lopez, Amanda “Amala” Noel, and David “Taariq” Noel, allowed her daughter Adah "Nicole" Lopez to sexually molest younger boys and she allowed minors to drink alcohol in her presence.


Kuwsh's mother, Cheryl Martinez learned of the molesting and seduction of her son by Adah and was very angry. Mrs. Martinez sought the advice of Mr. York who decided to meet with both Mrs. Martinez and Kuwsh. Mr. York sat and spoke with them for hours, condemning such acts and giving advice on what Kuwsh as a young teenager should focus on. He encouraged Kuwsh to study hard and become a doctor, lawyer, or even a historian to make a difference in the community and the world. Mr. York encouraged Kuwsh to stay away from Adah and not to get involved with her fast ways. After Adah left the land in (2000) she moved in with Derrick Saunders aka Chief Black Hawk aka Latif who is the Chief of the Washitaw Tribe of Native Americans with the BIA number 215. Latif is the father of Farah Muhammad, Qumra Muhammad, and Kuwsh Muhammad. Adah moved in with them to continually seduce and molest Kuwsh who she was in love with. It was at the house that Farah also eye witnessed the molestation between Adah and Kuwsh in the bathroom of their house. This took place while Adah lived with Kuwsh and his family before moving in with Jacob York and her mother Barbara Noel in Stone Mountain GA.


Kuwsh's mother, Cheryl Martinez has recently come forward to speak out about her feelings about the whole issue surrounding her son Kuwsh. She is angry and upset at the fact that Adah would use the acts that she is guilty of with her son and use them against Mr. York.
