Allow me to summarize this thread quickly...The Government ONLY uses the persons LEGAL AND LAWFUL name when they seek to pursue criminal charges or for any LEGAL OR LAWFUL ACTIONS (inclusive of incarceration).
NOBODY is charged, convicted or incarcerated via their NICKNAME in the United States of America. lol
Such an action would immediately cause the person to be released on the misnomer laws on the books.
