Well, I guess he wont be attending the Zed festival this year? Maybe he will transmutate himself and walk thru the bars to be with the anxious.
Peace and Love!

Greetings!
Hopefully, the ones who were sincere to the teachings and really tried to live those teachings can move on and prosper. Only then can true stability come about.
It is good to know that we can capture the attention of so many to realize their unlimited potential, yet we must remember humility and gratitude are our protectors from false ego.
Peace and Love!

York's sentence: 135 years
By Sharon Crawford
Telegraph Staff Writer
A federal judge sentenced convicted child molester and cult leader Malachi York Thursday to 135 years in federal prison.
The sentence came after 57-year-old York told a packed courtroom he did not receive a fair trial and that Judge Ashley Royal chose a jury of his own peers to hear the case in January.
"I'll probably be sentenced to life because it was probably be convenient to get a man of my stature off the streets," York said before he was sentenced. "This case had nothing to do with child molestation ... It was always about my religious beliefs."
Royal said the sentencing on 10 counts of child molestation and racketeering was not the toughest sentence York could have faced - he could have given him life in prison.

There will be a cloud over his head if he gets out. He has to register as an offender wherever he goes.....

the video tape will set him free! Correction, Habibba Washington choice to recant and make a videotape in hopes to appease to York and possibly stop his sentencing, has done more damage to York's Appeal if filed. Keep in mind appeals goes before the judges proficient in law not a jury. Her testimony will be dimissed because nothing she said is reliable. For it to be taken as 'new evidence' it has to come from a 'creditible witness', that my illuminopolis friends, Habibba proved she is not. It's going to take more than a change of heart to free York. How Nuwaubians worked night and day on behalf of York, and this is all they can come up with. Get me an FBI or prosecutor working this case, to come forth, proclaiming 'Conspiracy' then we might be on to something. at least taken serious.
