wow! thats a stiff sentence . More then the initial assumed amount [20 - 50 yrs]. I just spoke with Sills on the phone (that man is hilarious)--anyhow, he said even he and the prosecutors were surprised at the sentence! With that sentence, they may even drop the state case against him, for now--if he wins an appeal,then they will try him on the state charges. No sense spending any more tax dollars out when the man just got 135 years. I asked where he will go--he said there are only 2 Federal prisons in Georgia. The one in Atlanta isn't really for his type "molestors". The one in Jessup is more for Judges and law enforcement officials who have been sentenced to Federal prisons. There is talk of him possibly going to Oklahoma....somewhere far far away. I asked if he said anything other than what the media stated, he said not really but what he did do was turn around to Sills and he smiled and winked  and Sills said "well, I just winked right on back at him". |

Ohhhh, and I asked him how is Kathy. He said she is very healthy, and currently has an appointment to have her wisdom teeth pulled (now she got a dental plan!).
He said York doesn't have a "medical condition" as the hype was put out. He said that was concocted to make up for why he had prescriptions of high dose testosterone on his person when he was arrested and in his home during the raid. That's why it wasn't brought up by the defense in trial because there was a prosecution doctor who would have told the "real deal" about the various PILLS they found on York! I was informed that York was taking medications that are considered in the same catagory as Viagra (BOING)! LOL--It was told to me that the pills that he had would give him the sex drive of a 20 year old!

He said she is very healthy, and currently has an appointment to have her wisdom teeth pulled (now she got a dental plan!). He said York doesn't have a "medical condition" as the hype was put out. On UNNM, there is a list for all to write to about York's sentencing. My comments to them were to be careful and make sure that York has a clean past, if not, writing to all of the news venues will hurt them moreso than help them. They will have a field day if the nuwaubians start a writing campaign...

Numerous of times Nuwaubians implicated the media as giving a false report concerning the case against Malachi Z. York. Yet it's the Nuwaubians petitioning the Media that they accuse to report their truth. It doesn't make any sense for them to do that! This is not a nation or a tribe, it's a bunch of backwardass nig**s who don't know shit from applebutter!

yeah but most people dont serve the entire sentence they are given.. a little time in jail and a bunch of probation.. I was told that according to the Federal he will have to serve 80% of his sentence before he is even eligible for parole--that puts him at 108 years. He should have stuck with the plead bargain as arranged by his original attorneys--he'd have been out in about 25 years. The plea was for 20 and the judge only wanted to tack on 5 more years. LOL--so much for his 76trillion years of knowledge. |

girl, satiyah, im scared o' you!! you got some serious connections!! LOL, well see I had already arranged to have photos and a list of the "evidence" sent to me--but had to wait until sentencing. So, I hurried up and called him today to see if it was a go. Since this Habiba thing came up we wound up talking about that--for a bit over an hour--he's hilarious man. He's got this serious southern draw (you down there in Louisiana so you know what I'm saying) and he had said refering to something (not York) "and then this sum'bitch (son of a bitch). I kept laughing and shit--- He said there were about 20 Nuwaubians in the courtroom and a couple handing out the video outside to the media. He said York thought he was really on to something, like he was going to tell the judge "yo, I got this video of HABIBA saying it was all a lie" sills said the judge was like "yeah whatever, this is your sentencing day" (Judgement day) He said York was a little shocked that the judge didn't give a damn. I said, well he is a prophet you'd have thought he would have known already. Anywho--It will take a hot minute but I'm supposed to get pics of the evidence--photos of the medications he was on, his birth certificate and ID (minus his soc. sec.), a pic of the infamous "Pink Panther" doll, photos of the inside of the trailors that members lived in and photos of his mansion (they compared and contrasted). He said info came out about him plagiarizing, because they had a researcher on the prosecution team who went thru the books. He said it wasn't a criminal charge against him for it, but it showed character flaw in him---if he lies about this (doctrine, authorship) he'll lie about anything. He said the media left out alot of details of the trial--as did Nuwaubians who attended--and that he didn't have a snowballs chance in hell of getting acquitted. The media hyped the whole "hung juror" shit by failing to report that even if that juror couldn't decide on that particular count, that same juror DID agree to guilty on the other counts. A key point Sills made is that Habiba WAS NOT A VICTIM as far as this case goes--the statute of limitations ran out to charge him with a crime against her--so this whole "victims recanting" is bogus. She is the only one on video--and the video looks well rehearsed. He stated they have on record Habiba recently reporting being harrassed and threatend. He said this was all within the past couple of weeks. She contacted him, they have it all documented and recorded--they were arranging for Federal officials up in New York where she is at to assist her, then they lost contact with her--she stopped responding to emails and phone calls. She has children by York and she was probably offered money to do this video or threatend severely. She called Sills one day and said "They found me". |
