I forgot which post, but I stated he must serve 80%. That was a mistake on my part, I have since been informed that there is no parole available for him. He can earn credit for good behaviour, but that usually only comes to "up to" one month off per year max.
He's not getting out, period. Even "if" his appeals are granted, he still will be sentenced for the state charges. His appeals must involve each and every charge against him and can take on average 10 years!
I've confirmed with several legal sources outside of York's case regarding this newly discovered "evidence" on his behalf. Each of these criminal attorneys, and one prosecutor has told me it don't mean "shit" really. As far as the Nuwaubians blasting it out over the media etc., it can do more harm than good and can posibly taint any future jury pool should he ever be granted a new trial. It's best to let attorneys do their job and legally admit something into evidence. They had this tape since Sunday (dated April 18th) on the tape. They should have immediately filed a motion for continuance of his sentencing in light of new evidence.

I just spoke with Sills on the phone That shaytaan wish things will go back to normal, I know he is doing his job, but he has made so many enemies, that it is impossible to control what is going to happen. I pray for him and his family(they need it) as well as all people involved in this illegal so-called trial and public hanging....  Noble Malachi Z. I hope you read why I called him  I have been asking for the "evidence" since this whole thing began to see for myself. I accepted his reasons for not showing (I offered to come to Georgia and view it). They said they had truckloads, and I wanted to know exactly what they had! He now says it will be available, unless they go forth with State trial, then I will have to wait until then. |

satiyah- is them providing the evidence to you something anyone could get (the general public) or is it because you know people?? just curious because i know certain documentation is available to the public and some is not..

It will be "public" that's why I had to wait until sentencing is over. I don't know Sills! I just got the kahunas to call him and ask questions I've also called various journalists and asked for info off of their notes---they take pages of notes only to write a couple of paragraphs. I've been connected with a photographer for Macon Telegraph and trying to get some photos from him. He "owns" them, but he said he'd see what he can do--he doesn't always print up every photo he takes--he's digital now. |
