Recently Mr. Malachi Z. York was sentenced to 135 years for crimes of pedophilia and income reporting fraud. Mr. York's backers have currently attacked the judicial process that has reverbated world-wide since the confirmation of his actual sentencing. The question is since the appeal for Mr. York has not been submitted by Mr. York's representation would Mr. York (should he overturn the Federal case) and with "open" criminal indictment charges pending with the State of Georgia would not Mr. York be released to the State of Georgia penal system setting up trial # 2 due to these open charges held by Georgia?

Mr. York's legal dilemma is far more critical than attaining an appeal thru appelate court to reverse his present incarceration. The Federal trial has concluded and it is up to Mr. York's legal representation to present conclusive overwhelming evidence that Mr. York's trial was unfair and bipartisan before the Apellate Court can review any evidence on the aforementioned. Even so, the Appellate Court can reject the request for Appeal. The reality remains Mr. York's Appeals is still years away and a re-trial is further along if granted. Time will be the best judge to see if the zeal of Mr. York's support remains the same in 2005, 2006, and onward as he remains in Federal custody.

With all the letter writing by the Nuwaubian nation to Sills and the other law officers(prosecuting attorneys) I bet that some type of Harrashment will be filed during the next hearing... How can the truth be a harrashment? |

How can York reverse his guilty plea?? You didn't answer my question, second Dr. York never pleaded guilty, he took a plea bargin under duress. |

No that's a tortured blackman(Native American) forced to due something he didn't want to do. If you know York, you would know this is not his body langauge nor behaver. You can look in his eyes and tell he is innocent. Again this was a Plea Bargin not a confession |

His ass was Butt naked without none of his people. I look at his whole body movement and listened to every word that he stated and also the judge. anyway doc entered a GUILTY plea- he has been saying it was under duress and he would withdraw it but he DIDNT!!!! WHY NOT? ? after all these months- he KNOWS withdrawing will lead to ANOTHER trial- which is what he wants- he 'got people ready to testify' so what is he scared of? the TRUTH being proved ONCE again!  |
