Another trial, and it proving him guilty beyond the shadow of doubt, would surely crush the rest of his followers, who foolishly hold fast to his so called assumed innocence!
That conviction then, might finally jolt them awake, that york has them holding on, only so he/them -those on the land, could continue to have funds coming in for their upkeep!
He did plea under duress!!! He REALIZED, he would get a whole lot of time for the STATE CHARGES, so it was INDEED BETTER FOR HIM TO PLEA!
By him being spiteful and emotional, being angry that the nuwaubians did indeed could party without him on his birthday (last yrs.) on his own very land -no matter whose's name he chose to put some of it in, while he maintain POSSESSION OF THE MAIN PART!!!! -HE CHOSE TO GIVE UP THE LAND, BY ANGERING THE "MAN" AND FORCING HIM TO GO AFTER THE LAND ALSO!!!!!
He should have just settled with an additional 5 yrs.!!!!
Now, he forced the so called "beast" to show how beastly he can get by giving him 135yrs. on the federal charge, which is not warranted, unless they were adding up x amount of yrs. per charge and they ALL ADDED UP TO 135YRS.!!!!
