Judge C. Ashley Royal was the REAL lead prosecutor in the unjust case against our Maku: Chief Black Thunderbird - Lead prosecutor, Judge C. Ashley Royal and his assistant prosecutors, US Attorney Max Wood and Richard Multrie along with the State and Federal law enforcement staged the whole case and trial against chief Black Thunderbird. 1) Judge Royal entered his own evidence acting Sua Sponte (of ones own accord). 2) Judge Royal hand picked the Jury from his hometown of Brunswick GA. and made them anonymous. 3) Judge Royal acted as his own witness in pre-trial hearings. 4) Judge Royal gave case laws and made suggestions to the other prosecuting Attorneys in the case. 5) Judge Royal allowed the same Media into the courtroom that he said was responsible for tainting the jury pools of the Northern and Middle districts. 6) Judge Royal even made the statement "There has never been a jury trial that I've sat on, where I didn't predict the outcome". This Judge: Charles Ashley Royal is a disgrace to the Judicial System of this country and MUST be investigated Immediately!!!!

I have to agree with you here.. when you pray for the TRUTH you have to be willing to accept it.. and that is what is so crazy about this situation.. York's followers prayed for the truth to be revealed and when it was revealed to them (as a guilty verdict)- they are in denial.. in that case all that praying was useless and a waste of time.

4) Judge Royal gave case laws and made suggestions and coached the other prosecuting Attorneys on how to prosecute the case.


5) Judge Royal allowed the same Media into the courtroom that he said was responsible for tainting the jury pools of the Northern and Middle districts. The Macon Telegraph, The Atlanta Journal Constitution, and even the notorious Brunswick News were allowed in the courtroom.


6) Judge Royal made up his own rules claiming "This is my court and we will follow my rules...I am the gate keeper". We always thought the court room belonged to We The People.

Judge C. Ashley Royal claims to be a "Mind Reader" - Maku: Chief Black Thunderbird aka Dr. Malachi Z. York was forced to fire Attorneys that he NEVER hired. By forced, we mean, he never hired them in the first place and this was made clear and put on record in a court hearing June 30th 2003 where Our Chief stated he had no verbal or written contract with Garland and Company. As a result of this being ignored, Chief Black Thunderbird was forced to draft a formal letter, terminating Garland and his firm under grounds of Ineffective Assistance of Councel. Garland & Company was part of the conspiracy to ignore the Jurisdiction Issue as well as take money from the Family and Friends of our Chief, over 1.5 million dollars. Chief Black Thunderbird submitted the letter to Judge C. Ashley Royal. The letter along with transcript attachments and the record of the pre-trial hearing were seal by Judge Royal, who in turn stated to the Chief, in front of “replacement” counsel and government: ‘I knew that you were going to try something like this!’ and denied Defendants replacement counsel a continuance to prepare for trial. Once again, Judge C. Ashley Royal has gone too far!!!

Why did he wait until 1.5 million dollars was used up before he got sense enough to fire them? Who hired them? I have the records here showing who his power of attorney is, and I posted it on here already. You can find them online yourself if you know how. His power of attorney, the one who can make financial decisions for him and hire attorneys is York's own sister. He chose her himself--there are documents available online! So, he had no idea she hired them? He just stood there like a doof and didn't ask "who hired you".

If he never recognized them as such, why when they showed up to his jail cell to meet with him (which is what attorneys do to incarcerated clients), why didn't he say "who the fuck are you, go away". Nah, he started talking, telling his side of things. He told them he's indigenous, which of course they wasn't buying. He recognized them, he just doesn't recognize law. He wanted them to do it his way, and not the right way. They were not going to be fools and risk their bar license for him. There are quotes where the Judge asked them about the indigenous status and they said there are no legal barings to his claims. He wanted them to lie? Show me where Adrian Patrick says York is indigenous! Show me where Adrian Patrick said, "Your honor, you have no right to try my client, relenquish him to his tribe". You can't show me because Patrick has not said that, and he will not say that because it is bullshit.
