Even if his claim is to be indigenous, US court of law can still try him.... That point has been proven on here several times..but they just keep clinging to this claim. If it were that simple, then any foreigner could just come here and murder United States citizens and then dance to M.C. Hammer's "Can't touch this". Do the crime, do the time. He isn't arguing his defense, just merely arguing jurisdiction. LOL |

We teach TRUTH and that is the bottom line. If you must speak up, defend and set the record straight. I see some us are doing just that. Stick to the facts. Don't discuss our Maku with low lifers. Beat 'em down with the facts. All they have is anger and contempt, which means they speak nonsense.
