Yes that is true, however it doesn't make one a sell-out when they decide to leave that lifestyle.. they are doing what is best for them..York also made his bed now he has to lie in it... i saw the video clip of York pleading guilty... he had that opportunity to say no he did not do it.. he had that opportunity to say he was coerced.. as i have said in other threads, what did he have to lose?? if he pleaded guilty and was in jail- he had much worse treatment ahead of him in jail as a convicted pedophile.. I don't know how deep you are involved in this, but those who know, know its much bigger than how you are putting this.... You are dealing with demons(FEDS) who will do anything in their power to topple another "Black" organization, They thought it would be easy, but you are dealing with a people who have seen the mistakes and how the Feds infiltrated and destroyed other "Black" nations... so you hav e the right to say what you say, because you are not in this war.... I really think that it is as simple as what he was convicted for.. and if he was as big a threat to "the man" as you have implied, then they could've just "offed" him and made it look like one of his own people. .simple as that. The black man doesn't carry much weight as far as the gov't is concerned and why would they waste all this time, money, and energy for this whole "charade" when they could end it with one shot? Come inside the organization and spread confussion on who to trust, create splinter groups, boost niggers into leadership, support rival groups(Anti-Nuwaupian) and knock off potential leadership slowly but surely... I hear what you are saying.. and i get your point.. but understand this.. we can't cry conspiracy EVERY TIME a black man of power falls.. Indeed I am sure there are times that a conspiracy has been involved.. but there are black devils just the same.. we have to consider the evidence involved.. the testimony of the accused.. and it all clearly shows that he did what he was convicted of.. i know you and i dont agree on this point .. and once more we gonna just have to agree to disagree on this issue.  |

The reality remains the Government spent a tremendous amount of money to gather the conviction and have made mistakes in there prosecution that is true....This does not merit or support York's lifestyle actions so my question to staunch Nuwaubians is this . "At what point does York take responsibility for his actions that led to incarceration"? York definitely made HUGE errors in judgment that has cost him dearly...To support your statement Faithful Nuwaupian if these "sellouts" in York's inner circle and "Black Devils" were close enough to BETRAY The Master Teacher could not his barathary gland through psychic self defense spare him this MASSIVE humiliation?

Look, lets keep this all simple. York is a "black man". He made $6 million dollars according to his own attorney. He had multiple wives and children. He set himself up to have various enemies and jealous people (wives,children,followers). They just threw him at the system and everybody knows he was going to jail. Aint now way a black man gonna be making that kind of money and have power and they are not going to look for a reason to throw him in jail and he provided it. simple, case closed. The question is, did he not have the chance to take the stand in his own defense? Was that his call? Hell, if my life (freedom) was on the line, I would be up there talking my ass off! |

I second that motion Ralph.. i have said this oodles of times.. when you are probably going to die in jail anyways, why NOT stand up for yourself and say "I DID NOT DO THIS".. you have nothing to lose. I -like you- would be shouting my innocence from the rafters- not sitting there all meek and expressionless.. standing before God and everybody and stating "guilty your honor".. How could this man that supposedly had the power to write people's names in the book of light not have the ability to keep himself out of jail?? the nuwaupian arguements are just empty and rediculous. The action of taking responsibilities for one's actions is an important lesson as a child.. obvioiusly york nor his followers got that lesson.. sometimes people look so hard for something that they fail to see what is right in front of their faces.. and that is that York is guilty.
