I would just like to ask a question here.. why is it that York tells us to judge certain people's work/writing by their character (i.e. Paul), but he does not and/or his followers do not hold him up to the same standards? It is admitted by many Nuwaubians that he has slept with many women (and lets forget about the underage problem for a moment).. just the fact that he would sleep with so many women shows an inherent disrespect for- not only the women- but also himself.. so if he cares so little for himself then how could you be so naive to think that he thinks more of you?? and if he thinks so little of you... WHY ON EARTH do you think he would be compelled to lead you to your "salvation"?? A man's character helps give some insight into his motivation for doing things.. if he spends a majority of his life sleeping around.. common sense will tell you what his motivation is.. A nuwaubian aquaintance once told me that he didnt care if York ran down the street naked with 3 hookers-that it had nothing to do with the outfo he was giving his followers.. but i disagree.. it has EVERYTHING to do with it..

Was anybody there when these things that they accuse York took place? Or are we all going by speculation? Im curious. I don't believe in convicting a man of a crime unless there is some concrete evidence. I havent seen any in York's case. Can someone present some, if I missed soemthing. To me it seems like they're trying to get another brother. good day to you all.

You forget what the media reported back when the raid occured. They confiscated truckloads of what they termed to be "evidence". They said there was enough to fill 2 courtrooms and it took them weeks to sort through it all. They had to read thru books, notes, documents, get into the harddrive of the computers, go thru videos--if anyone was ever in classes, you could have seen hundreds, maybe over 1,000 video tapes lining the walls--pedophiles have in the past been known to hide footage on what seems like an innocent movie tape...you fast forward a little and there it is. To check ,they had to go thru all those tapes to find things--if anything at all. This was MERELY THE FEDERAL CASE which only had 6 counts of molestation and 7 counts of racketeering. Not all the "evidence" found at Tamare and Athens was used in this trial. Not everything that was used at this trial was disclosed to the media. 13wmaz just reported a couple days ago that with the recent conviction the Prosecutors are just now allowing some evidence to go public. The media mentioned a journal recording 86 of Yorks children with 45 different mothers. The prosecution revealed finding 40 weapons. How that was used in the trial was not mentioned. There is still a state trial for York if he chooses to withdraw his guilty plea. His attorney said he would, but he has not yet done so. If he does withdraw, then you must realize he need not be convicted of all 208 counts, it will only take a conviction of 1 to give him 10 or more years. 2 or three can give him over 150 years because after one conviction, your sentence increases.
Let me ask you, what do you think the odds are of them finding him guilty of at least 1 count of molestation out of 208? Let me ask you, do you recall the charges against him in the state's case? It isn't the same as the Federal. The state has him charged with rape, aggravated molestation (meaning the child suffered injury), sodomy and aggravated sodomy.
For aggravated sodomy, the punishment is 10 to 20 years or life in prison.

Child Molestation - O.C.G.A. 16-6-4

In order to prove child molestation, the state must prove that the accused performed an immoral or indecent act to or in presence of any child under 16 with intent to arouse the sexual desires of either the child or the person.
THEY ONLY HAVE TO PROVE HE HAD PERFORMED SEX IN FRONT OF KIDS, THUS NO NEED FOR EVIDENCE OF PHYSICAL CONTACT---LEARN THE LAWS OF THE STATE YOU LIVE IN!
Punishment: Felony; 5 to 20 years in prison for first conviction, life or 10 to 20 years in prison for second conviction. On a first conviction, the offender may get probation and counseling instead of prison sentence.

Dis you miss the part where ACTUAL WITNESSES GOT UP AT THE TRIAL AND SAID THAT NOT ONLY DID HE HAVE SEX WITH THEM FROM WHEN THEY WERE 13-15 (WHICH SOME OF YOU DON'T SEEM TO MIND ), BUT,
