My point exactly once again. There are nuwaubian witnesses who took the stand as well. According to some the articles printed the witnesses who testfied purged themselves on a numerous amunt of times. I asked some poeple at the trial and they spoke on how some of the witnesses recanted there statements.
I too have noticed soemthing. Why is that when people post pro-york they are met with sarcasm and verbal hostility? I ahve reviewed pages back and was not pleased. But enough going back in forth. However you feel is that. I feel he is innocent and have my reasons. I hope everything works out for the nuwapian nation. Good day, im through arguing.

The whole point of me posting this thread was to ask the question- why isnt York held to the SAME standards that he sets for others?? I have seen on other threads on this board where it is mentioned ( and i have seen it for myself in scrolls) that we should discount other's credibility based on their past deeds.. (i.e. because someone has been less than truthful in the past).. but the same thing is not done w/York by his followers..if i had heard from one or two anonymous people that he slept around with a lot of people then I may not give it much thought.. but when you have numerous sources giving the same info- from outside and INSIDE his circle then I believe that warrants some credibility.. the fact that he had a lot of women is I truly believe that York could stand in front of all his followers and say "I DID IT" and most would come up with some reason why it wasn't so.. he was coerced.. he was threatened.. have you ever heard that saying "if it walks like a duck and it quacks like a duck, it IS A DUCK.." Well.. I think that needs to be considered here.. I have watched the video clips and such.. he stood there.. said he was guilty.. said that he was satisfied with his council.. etc.. I am not saying it isn't possible that he was threatened.. but when you are looking at life in prison- what do you have to lose by fighting back? Knowing that in prison the other prisoners dont take too kindly to child molesters.. I have said in other posts before that I think that there is much to be gained from all different beliefs/religions/walks of life.. and I dont down anyone for trying to better themselves.. but I dont think it is a good idea to blindly follow anyone.. and its seems that some of his followers are blind to obvious things..

His version of torture was this:
drinking discolored water, not being offered Kosher food, roaches and rats, overcrowded cell.
Damn, soundsl like prison to me. My brother-in-law is in prison. He stated, that's not torture, that's prison. He has been in the Atlanta Federal Penn. before, and stated he'd take that one over any other Fed Penn. any day! He was assaulted 2 months ago in Federal Penn. by another prisoner using a straight razor and recieved 20 stitches and no follow up medical care. Now that's fucked up. He is permanantly scarred for life. York is whining--he has no damn idea what torture is.
York claimed he was under duress--he felt he had no choice but to take a plea because he was told he was facing 1,000 years. Ok, let's be realistic. He won't live to be 1,000 years. 15 years or 20 years--he's an old man--he may not last 10. The plea was a negotiated plea. He signed his name to it, and watch the video again--------he was more concerned about what would happen to the money that was taken! His attorneys argued that it should only be used for medical treatment of the victims. The prosecution wanted it to go to a fund for education as well. York didn't speak up, he didn't claim indigenous then. If he is not guilty--then he is a liar. He didn't take an Alford Plea which meant he understood there was enough to convict him---he could have said "well, I didn't do it, but I know they can probably get a conviction out of what they got"...nah, uh uh--he said right there, "Did you do the things the DA just said you did" (which included sodomizing Isa, molesting a girl at 9, etc.) He said "Yes, your honor". The judge said, then how do you plead--he said "Guilty, your honor".

If what is being said here on this bulletin board makes you feel the need to resort to threats, be they subtle or outright, then you need to excuse yourself.Matter of fact, print this thread--read it at your next "meeting on the land". Hollow threats over the internet mean nothing...The forces of Nuwaubu should be alla Nuwaubian needs. York taught that Islaamic terrorists GOD was a wimp because if there GOD truly had power they would not have to carry terror via SUICIDE BOMBERS and various terrorist activity GOD should handle it!!! A narrow, usually calibrated glass tube into which small amounts of liquid are suctioned for transfer or measurement. So we know a pipette is narrow, and small amounts of liquid are involved---o'tay! |
