We have a nice workout "center" here in our home--this over priced multi functioning weight lifting thing with the ability for working out the entire body, and a treadmill for walking--but I just wanted to "get out" and do something....do something without the pestering kids! I joined an all women's facility, and I really like it there. Aside from the cardio room, aerobic room, and fitness center they have a hot tub, a swimming pool and a dry sauna. I have committed myself to 4 days a week with a personal trainer, and two days a week just going there to relax, swim and sit in the sauna. 6 days a week dayum! My mornings are free with my son being gone for the summer (grandparents paid for him to go to a day camp so he is staying with them) And my girls aren't so bad when big brother isn't around teasing them! So, Derrick has switched his schedule to watch the girls in the morning from 9-11:30! SOME DAILY "ME" TIME--I'M JUST IN SHOCK! I've also decided that after today to only spend a designated time online. This stuff is addictive and can cause more drama in ya life than the "real world". I like to live 'drama free' woooooo saaaaahh Sometimes I get on here, not just Illuminopolis but the net in general and read shit that pisses me off--then sit back and think um, I got the magic button called the power switch--I don't "have" to be online! I think about the fact that 15 minutes on here is 15 minutes I "could" have spent doing something far more valuable! Sooooo, I haven't decided yet what my alloted time span will be, but more than likely it will be late evenings. I still may drop in a quick "peek" now and then---but life is too wonderful to be sitting in front of a computer chatting.

Anywho try some Yoga if they have the classes it makes you feel so energized after ward and talking about sweating whooosaaah for real. We will probably do Tai Chi tonight so I will do some yoga b4 1dell gets off to counter act this ice cream lol.

I've worked out here--but I needed more intensity and no kids distracting me! Also, I don't have a sauna here I used to powerlift, and competed in tournaments. I have 3 trophies: 1 championship, 1 runner up and 1 first place. Before kids I could bench 120, dead lift 385, squat 405, clean & jerk 100 and snatch 85 I'm not wanting to lose too much weight, but to redefine my physique. I used to take a lot of pride in my arms--I had large biceps and I liked them--but with women the muscle will always be there, but it gets covered by fat time to trim the fat and re-veal the muscles again! I am only 31 and can't have any more kids (and wouldn't if I could) and now is a beautiful time for ME. ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

She makes it right there fresh. And the only kind I get is kinda weird-- chocolate cayanne pepper! It burns your throat, but tastes soooo good. Spicy ice cream, who'd of thought? Oh yeah--I used to kick box!!!! I had a brown belt when I stopped. I was about 4 months away from my black belt. I still got some moves too I may get back into that--but I hate cardio workouts That's what I'm focusing on now--we have a punching bag here in the garage I toy around with ury now and then...

I hate Ice cream--except this one place called "Jenni's homeade". She makes it right there fresh. And the only kind I get is kinda weird-- chocolate cayanne pepper! It burns your throat, but tastes soooo good. Spicy ice cream, who'd of thought? I do Yoga every morning--great way to wake up! Breathing gets you focused on the day. I want to get in to Tai Chi. I love the yoga it makes me feel so good . I am trying pilates (those lil ballerinas are powerful) which is killing me lol. If you can dance or if you ever took martial arts and were good at forms you'll do fine in Tai Chi. So far I look like a stiff old lady but I'm progressing. Thats what I want to do after I reach my weight goal and strengthen my ankles. There is a fight school called LA Boxing near our old apt. I want to do Muay Thai and my goal is to be able to tournament fight. It depends I want to get my teeth fixed also and if they are fixed prior to the fighting I may just do it for show or become an instructer lol. Sliming down and having my teeth fixed will make me a bit to cute to be getting kicked all in the head yunno.

Very petite, but muscular--but only when she flexes. I on the other hand "used" to be very muscular but weighed less than her. I competed in the 125lb weight class, then I gained and moved into the 132. I will not disclose my weight class now however, give me a few months and I'll post some pics I don't like female body builider's who look like men but for myself, my best assets were my arms. I was cursed with genetics of large arms for a woman--but I used it to my advantage! I had these incredible triceps and when my trainer saw my arms she said "Damn, wait til I'm done with you" She is TRYING to get bigger! lol. Her frame isn't suited for it though--so she won't get much bigger than she is. I swear she looks "bone skinny" till she flexes. Her boyfriend is 6ft 305lbs competition body builder! Yikes! I'm not into all of that--not anymore...but I would like to redefine what I have. I worked my legs today, will do aqua aerobics tomorrow and Saturday work my upper body. After these babies and that horrible c-section I need to get to work on these abs! I hate crunches, but it pays off in the end. What will help me the most is my choice of foods. I am not a junk food person. I hate greasy foods. I gained and never lost my weight after pregnancies by just being plain old lazy. I've been wanting to get back into this for some time now, but the burden of family life can prevent it until you make a declaration of "looka here, this IS what I am going to do!

To be honest, I love real musculature chics. I dunno , I just think its real impressive and shows competitiveness on their part. What really gets me goin is when you got these whimpish guys in the gym, their first time hittin the weights and some of the seasoned and veteran weight liftin chics come on the floor, you gotta see these dudes faces. LOL!! its funny like hell cause they'd finally met a chic that could put a bar fight whoopin on 'em! My trainer weighs 155 and most would have guess she's about 115.
