catholic church. they are the authority over this. OK since we established people can be possessed, how do we get them delivered or as commonly known as exorcized? Go to the Catholics? Witchdoctor? Psychic Ward? Who we go to?

actually, any christian is capable, because it is the authority of Christ through whom demons are excorcised. of course, the majority of Christians wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. catholic priests, at least some if not all are usually well trained up on exorcism. many protestant preachers are as well, though.

I checked this book out of the library once called HOSTAGE TO THE DEVIL by Dr. Malachi Martin. The book is about real exorcisms and their impact on the families involved. The back of the book had the actual prayer you to say to exorcise the demon but it was ripped out! Hmmmm....
Anyway Martin himself had done exorcisms and was trained as a Jesuit. He appeared a few times on the Art Bell radio show. Deep dude. Very good his books. The thing I noticed about Catholic exorcisms is they dont call on Mary or St. so-and-so only Jesus. Thats the only time they call on the right God according to their religion.

When y'all get time check out your local Christian bookstore that sells "deliverance" manuals. The most popular one is PIGS IN THE PARLOR by Fred and Ida Hammond. They're Baptist ministers based in Indiana. Its a step by step on casting out demons and what their names are. They even wrote one for children's "deliverance." Anyone here heard of them or that ministry?

well they are manuals for ministers and lay-people. so I used them on my then-mate and on myself! the so-called professionals in the deliverance ministry developed most of their techniques from these various books. there was a couple (married) team who specialized in this field at a church I used to attend and they worked on me more than once. I did feel sumthing leave my body when they was working on me. more in detail later.
