For those technically oriented, the RAID storage array failed. We are rebuilding the array now. Then a check of the entire file system must be performed to ensure that the data on the drives is consistent. Unfortunately time is not on our side as this is a very slow process.
Assuming all goes well with this process, we will begin backing as much user data as possible. Our first priority is to keep your data intact. Our second priority is to bring the service up in a usable form as soon as possible. Due to the time it will take for the disk checks to be performed, it will be into Thursday before I will be able to give you an idea for when service may available. We are working as quickly as possible to bring 250Free up, but we are doing so with the interest of ensuring your data is intact. Thanks so much for your patience.
