Let me ask you something, When people knock on your door, do they do so, so they can come in or so you can leave your house and follow them? Most of the time they have something to give/offer you and or to come in. To those who have actually READ the bible they would find that rev 3:20 says

Ishua GAVE apostles and disciples so that people could follow THEM. "greater things than these shall you do because I go unto my father" so he innerstood that he would die. That is why he trained hundreds of men to take his message to the rest of the world so that he could reach moor people that way. He didn't have a problem with people following other people. Thats why he trained his men to be accountable leaders so that when people followed them they would not follow them into error.

As for Paul saying "follow me" You won't find that in the bible. You guys HAVE to innerstand, that these books of the new testament are moor like letters. Letters that Paul wrote from Jail to churches that he started himself.

Paul was a journeyman which means he would set up a church somewhere then find leaders to lead his church because he had another church to start in another country. He didn't PRESIDE over the church day to day. But he would be in contact with them to lead the leadership and help guide the members whenever possible. He was a Bishop and thats what a Bishop does. So some of this stuff you are trying to blame on Paul wouldn't even be his fault. He would maybe come by and visit for a bit of time then he would be on his way to visit another church he had already started. Thats how it was he was on tour all the time.

When he was inprisoned and couldn't visit his churches like he used to is when they started taking a decline, because Paul wasn't making his rounds and they started to get discouraged because they knew he was inprisoned and facing death.

Gnowledge is TRULY Power. I am sure if you all gnew the things I gnow you wouldn't have left the faith. I GUARANTEE it. But because yall were weak in knowledge and information concerning your bible, a man was able to come along and deceive you. It's good to be able to write book/s on things that people may find interesting, however, from what I've learnt so far, it should not be necessary for anyone to write about what we should do or not do, believe or not believe, if it's ALREADY right there in the Bible!

The words of the Bible, have managed to survive throughout the ages, so if someone decides to write to alter or discredit what is in there, then you may have to look deep to find their real purpose for trying to rewrite or redefine what already very clear

And yes 1dell ~ I am very fine ~ mentally as well as physically. My youngest son is 30, and I knew you had to be a cap or aries. To put it nicely, my son ~ is very GUN HO, talkative, persevering even when he don't know where he's going. And if he don't know where he is going, no one else will know that he don't know. And he knows it all. We get along just lovely, 'cause I make him realize where he got all that from. You got to watch us quiet libras.

My Mother makes the BEST Sweet Potato Pie. I use to make cakes, but I stay away from that more often these days. See, if I made the sweets ~ there just might not be any for the Holidays for others I did make an apple-raisin bread for brunch. And the potato salad, devi eggs, cornish hens with tarrongon wild rice stuffing, fried chicken and ice tea. Momma made the rest of the vegetables, cabbage, salad greens, candied yams, butterbeans and corn. We did enjoy. I haven't had to cook for a whole week. just chillin'.

If the churches had the right love, then when a 911 happens or tsunami happens and people flock to help, the action wouldn;t be considered amazing. Because it would be normal. He never talks about the Birth of Jesus either. Paul"s Love is Romans 13:8-14; I Cor. 13: 1-13; Gal 5: 22-26; Paul said if you don't work, you don't eat. Jesus said , the poor shall inherit the earth . You see, God wants your BETTERBEST!!!!

If you were paying attention to what you yourself said earlier you said Paul said "follwo me" and I knew very well what I was saying when i told you that you will not find that in the bible and still you will not find Paul saying "follow me" what he is saying is "Wherefore I endear you to be followers of me." there is a BIG difference and from the calibre of your rebuttal, I don't think you very well know how to cypher the difference.

Even whats the prollem? Did not ALL the disciples have followers? Is that NOT what they were trained for? To be leaders that they would have followers? In fact Apollos (no one ever criticizes him and he wasn't one of the original 12) had many followers as recored, but I just don't think you are getting it.

Since you want to mence words, lets play this game. Paul asked the corithinians to be followers of him a couple of times lets look at both times:

1Cr 4:16 Wherefore I beseech you, be ye followers of me.

1Cr 11:1 Be ye followers of me, even as I also [am] of Christ.

If bothered to read ALL of chapter 4 of Corinthians, Paul was talking about the sacrifices he and his brethren make for the sake of Messiah and getting messiah out. Paul is not asking them to "follow" him as much as he is asking them to follow his EXAMPLE! And if you go to the VERY NEXT VERSE:

17 This is why I have sent Timotheus to you, who is my beloved son and faithful in the Lord, who shall REMIND YOU OF MY MANNER OF LIFE IN CHRIST, just as I teach in all the churches.

Do you know what the hebrew idiom "manner of life" means? It means one's lifestyle. Timotheus was sent to let the corinthians know about Paul's lifestyle of selflessness towards Christ. And THAT is what he want's the corinthians to follow HIS EXAMPLE!!!

Oh and help justify this, this is Paul speaking:

Eph 5:1 Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;

He didn't name himself Paul, If you did one iota of research you would know that. Paul was a nickname given to him and because of his Popularity throughout the empire, he became known as Paul. I will say this one thing (because anything else pales in comparison to what was just said) - 1dell you certainly know how to motivate a person to learn more. Thank you for that lesson that I just benefitted from as well. I aspire to be able to teach these same things to unbelievers - at this time my knowledge is elementary. I hope my learning hebrew will facilitate this as well. I swear this year I am getting that interlinear Bible. I actually minored in Ancient Greek in college - but don't remember a lick of it now.
