I have over the years heard on a smaller level that York could perform miracles. When I say smaller level, that means only a few people either discussed it or knew about it.
The first tale I was told was that he once turned water into wine.
Then that he was able to appear and disappear at will
Then that he was able to enter people's dreams
These are the only "miracles" I have heard that york has performed. I'd like to add another but I am not here to toss the bone of contention. I want to get to the bottom of this fo sho. Was york able to perform miracles?
I mean turning water into wine, appearing and disappearing and appearing in people's dreams don't seem very important to me. But thats just to me though. I mean if he healed someone of an ailment, was able to produce cash out of thin air for a baby momma who was about to get evicted, or able to take his people on a retreat and feed thousands of them ALL with a bag of Corn Nuts and One Diet Pepsi, then He'd be the shizzle fo rizzle.
If you can't see what I'm saying here is what I am saying for those without eyes to see and ears to hear. IF york was able to do miracles, then why out of the list of appears he was said to have performed, none of them were at all helpful to others. ARe we not given power from on high to help those around us? ARe we not to use our powers, once given, selflessly?
Who here can attest to seeing York perform miracles? I am curious. Who here can say FOR SURE that this man has these powers? Not just some hearsay and gossip

I witness him stopping the rain with his command during a class outside while at other times he would just let it rain...

Ok bet!!! Thats what I'm talking about!!! I have heard that before also. Thanks Master9 Now did the rain stop immediately or did it taper off over a period of time? I witness him stopping the rain with his command during a class outside while at other times he would just let it rain... |

I've done that a couple of times myself. I think we all can, just like our ancestors could make it rain at will. I remember the day I did it: I didn't have an umbrella and it was raining. I told the rain "Imma need you to stop cuz I am not trying to get wet and cold" Then it stopped. I was like AW SHUCKS!!! Then when I got to where I was going it started raining again immediately.
I notice that now I don't have to do it anymoor because It will look like all hell is about to break loose in the sky and you KNOW it's gonna rain, but if I am out and about it won't rain until I get to where I am going.
Hey, I am not saying I work miracles. I am just saying that sometimes when we are in the rhythm of life we know the timing of things and are cogniscient of it. It's like going at the proper speed limit on the road and hitting all the green lights. fnord

If there is a 10% chance of rain - and I DON'T bring my umbrella - I can guarantee you that it will rain that day.. either that or if I wash my car, it will rain in the next 24 hours  |

Doesn't Revelations in the Bible say that there will be many that profess to be the messiah appearing to performing "miracles" in the last days? These false messiahs knowing that many will be fooled by it... hmmmm  I also want to say there could be more than one source for this type of phenomenon IF it is true. |

These false messiahs knowing that many will be fooled by it... hmmmm I also want to say there could be more than one source for this type of phenomenon IF it is true. EN.KI is our savior |

Thank you - you are correct.. I don't quote well, but it does refer to the last days (as does Revelations):
Mat 24:11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
and
Mat 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if [it were] possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
