Becasue he is GUILTY as charged, and ALL the false and twisted articles in the unnm world CANNOT change that. the only 'witness' to recant is Habiba- the rest NEver said anything against doc from the beggining. and from what i have heard she has NO intentions of persuing the tape crap further and already telling people she was coersed by the office to do the tape. they WONT admit it, they WANT u to belive he is innocent. the fact is there was MORE than enough evidence to convict, and people talk dna- when there was a dna paternity test given to a woman who got pregnant by doc at age 16! there were MANY people who watched with their OWN eyes the court case- and KNOW that the transcripts on their site are ALTERED. the tape is a publitity stunt, it wasnt NOT entered as legal evidence to the case, but just to media- it was only to insite doubt to the nuwaubians, and hopefully tamper the jury in the event the state case - which he STILL has NOT withdrawn his guilty plea. he is trying to charecter assasinate all of the victims and witnesses - to make himself more believable. i KNOW u dont want to hear me, but with all this new 'evidence' - he is STILL in jail. all your monies is just going to support the people on the land- while they still have it, and to pay lawyer fees for all these 'recanted' testimonies.
