Tribal News: Jacob York’s Confession!

This is a first hand account of Damon Pryor’s encounter with Jacob York aka Yacoub Abdullah Muhammad the second key witness and government informant in the Malachi York case.

On June 8th 2004, approximately 5:00 p.m. in Atlanta, Ga. on Ralph David Abernathy and Lee St. Jacob York aka Yacoub Abdullah Muhammad was in Gutbusters Steak and Hoagie restaurant and approached me Damon Pryor aka Baasil one of key defense witnesses to the Dr. Malachi Z. York case. It was no coincidence that he came to eat at the very restaurant on the very street that I work at. I came in the restaurant and pulled up a seat and he sat at the table. The conversation was recorded as such...


Jacob: “What you up to?”<br>
Damon: “What do you mean what am I up to you know what I am up to! One thing, and that is letting the world know the truth about the conspiracy and freeing our Chief. Did you see the tape of Habiba”?

Jacob: “Yeah they mailed it to me personally.”<br>
Damon: “Jacob, everyone is coming forth you can’t possibly sit here and deny all of the truth that is coming out and you already know what I testified to, everyone is coming forth now, Farrah the underage minor who you took on the trip to South Beach she has come forth to tell the truth.”

Jacob:“She’s a liar, it‘s a insult to think that I would want to f--- her”<br>
Damon: “You act as if its unusual for you to want to f--- with underage girls, I know you, we have pictures of ya’ll down there in South Beach. We have a whole conspiracy DVD out now, with everyone's testimony on it? Did you know we also have a tape?”<br>
Jacob:“A tape! Of what?”<br>
Damon: “The orgy y’all had down there on South Beach, we have it”<br>
Jacob: “I am not on it”<br>
Damon:“We also have Hakeem”<br>
Jacob:“Hakeem who?”<br>
Damon:“Hakeem Black” who went down there for a day and will testify to the conspiracy while he was there and how you were telling the girls they should go to the Feds about these allegations, namely Adah (Nicole Lopez), Istiyr (Istiyr Cole) and Kariyma (Areline Hamilton) you know who was there.” “Come on how can you deny the fact that Habiba (Habiba “Abigail” Washington) said that you told her that she should go to the Feds with these allegations because some people had implicated her in some illegal activities. So everyone is lying on Jake. Habiba (Habiba “Abigail” Washington) has more to lose coming forth with the truth going up against the Feds than she did sticking with those lies having them on her side. But you best believe that we are going to protect her with our lives and anyone else that recants their lies to tell the truth.”<br>
Jacob: “The only ones I was having sex with was Adah (Nicole Lopez) Istiyr (Istiyr Cole) and Atiah (Tatianna Thomas) I stopped f----with Kariyma (Areline Hamilton) after I found out that she had f----ed Cush I cut her off.

Damon: But didn’t you know that Atiya (Titiayana Thomas) was Hakim’s girlfriend?

Jacob: Well, I used to see him with her. He used to bring her by the house.

Damon: “What was the point of you involving yourself in the case, what satisfaction did you get out of being the axis of the whole conspiracy.”<br>
Jacob:“They approached me in New York City I was coming out of a Club and a white dude approached me and questioned me later about everything I knew about the community, I felt like I had an obligation to those children, innocent children.”<br>
Damon: “Hold it, were you down there in the trial?”<br>
Jacob:“No”<br>
Damon: “Of course you weren't there, I was, and my testimony was blocked. No underage children got on the stand no ten year olds, five year old got on any stand and said anything. These were all adults with testimony of hearsay. No medical experts testified that there was any physical evidence, no DNA, no pictures or photos that was factually recorded or reported. Now you mean to tell me with over 1,100 sex acts a year for over ten years, on young kids five to ten years of age, including anal, oral and vaginal sex there wasn’t any reporting to any medical facility?”<br>
Jacob:“Well what about the pink panther doll that kids testified that they had to perform with”<br>
Damon: “Are you serious, that was up the hill found in the silo and that was on the property that Doc doesn’t even own and it hasn't been his legal residence in over five years. Jake it’s nothing you can say right now in my face that wasn't addressed in the trial down there in Brunswick. If you felt so strongly about innocent kids or if you felt so surely about all the allegations why didn't you testify in court if you were so concerned?”<br>
Jacob: “Because of the statute of limitations had expired, you know about the that?”<br>
Damon: “That's crap, the whole purpose of the superceding indictment was to allow the hearsay testimony in the courtroom. The Feds knew that the statute of limitations was over that's why they needed Habiba to say that she was also involved in the money structuring so they could try and stick the molestation charges. Everyone saw in court what they were up to. We all know and they know they didn’t prove their case”<br>
Jacob: “They got a conviction didn’t they?”<br>
Damon: “You know that the judge picked the jury that was not even the peers of Pops we know what Judge Royal did. Come on man you have been following the case and I know you have been on our website. You playing stupid as if you can sit here and honestly say that you don’t know that the feds are using you to try and bring down Pops. You know that they have been trying to bring him down for years.”<br>
Jacob:“So why did he take the guilty plea?”<br>
Damon: “He took the guilty because they woke him up at around 4 o’clock in the morning, taking him through several tests and questioning him. Keep in mind that this was without food, or water and he has a life threatening disease called Hereditary Angeiodema that’s triggered when put in stressful situations. At this point his ex-attorneys who we later found out was working with the other side along with Sills, and the Prosecutors and Psychiatrists were negotiating a Plea and after he maintained his innocence they tortured him, wouldn’t allow him to look over the agreement. They threaten to send him to prison for 1,000 years And Sills told him, “we are putting the other co-defendants through the same thing. They will never get to see their children again. And your wife Kathy you best believe is not doing to hot with that disease and all. It’s you that we want. We will let the others go if you take this Plea.” All this along with sleep deprivation, starving him, he was imprisoned with convicted killers threatening his life at sixty years of age, that’s why he took the Plea! He sacrificed himself for the others.”<br>
Jacob:“Everyone knows that when you go to prison you don’t sleep like you normally would.”<br>
Damon:“Jake you have never been in prison I was tortured in prison so I know what its like being starved eating one meal a day. Fed frozen meat and a small juice for weeks at a time, don’t tell me s--- about torture.”<br>
Jacob: “The Feds have a ninety percent conviction rate..”<br>
Damon:“They have ninety percent conviction rate because of the guilty pleas those dudes take, they are not convictions by trial and ninety percent of the time when you take it to trial if you lose then it will get overturned in an appellate court.”<br>

Jacob: “You mean to tell me you know people who have been convicted of crimes that have gotten turned over?”<br>
Damon:“I was in a Federal Correctional Institute, it happens for those that do go to trial. So I guess you feel good that Pops got sentenced to 135 years?”<br>
Jacob: “Noah saved my life he pulled me out of hail of bullets in New York City when niggas was trying to kill me man. I grew up with that nigga we slept on the floor together shared food, everything. I felt like I owed him something. When he came to me and asked me what he had done what could I say.

Damon: “Just because you hear s--- about people doesn’t give you the right to create a case around hearsay. If that’s the case everyone would be guilty of things that has been said about them.”<br>
Jacob: “They came to me I didn’t go to them, remember when Ayyuwb got locked up for those bank schemes the Feds knew that I was involved. They threatened me with that. They also threatened me with the tax evasion and that I would have charges brought up against me for money laundering. They froze my accounts and all my assets, I couldn’t get to my money and they shut down my businesses, do you know what that is like? They had me in everything I was looking at a lot of time”<br>
Damon: “So that’s why you did it because you, couldn’t get to your money and you couldn’t stand up to your own s--- along with the hate you have in your own heart. So you help deliver your own father to the white man? Don’t act like you don’t know that the white man is the devil, you know the white man is the devil, don’t you?

Jacob:“Yeah he is”<br>
Damon:“If nothing else other than that he is your father and without him you would not be here, you should have been willing to protect him, knowing that they have been trying to get him since day one.”<br>
Damon: “What are you going to say when he gets out, what are you going to say?”<br>
Jacob:“What do you want me to say. You think he’s getting out?”<br>
Damon:“I know he’s getting out, you know where I stand”<br>
Jacob:“You know where I stand”<br>
Damon:“We’ll see in the end”<br>
It was not easy sitting there with someone you know who The Most High has place a seal on his heart from feeling the truth and screen on his eyes from seeing the truth. The conversation with Jacob York aka Yacoub Muhammad was a last desperate act on the behalf of Federal Government only to confirm that their case is lost. Jacob knows that he has to answer to his own karma known as qadr. All the energy and time he put into this high profile case conspiring against the last black leader this world will ever see, will inevitably collapse back on him for his own destruction. The other conspirators were smart enough to trust The Most High and come forth with the truth and let it be known and as his children we will protect them with our lives. The laws of the universe are non-conforming.

You admitted that you knew the white man was the devil knowing that while befriending and dealing with him makes you him also. The devil (ch) has no one to blame. What do you think they are going to do with you when they have to save embarrassment? Do you think they might create a fall guy or is he there already? Do you think it will be one of their own like Sheriff Sills or Max Wood or is it going to be one of our own like you? Look at where you are standing and take a look around you, who are you really with? Are you going to cast your thirty pieces of silver or are you going to repent before it’s too late, if not already. Hereditary angioedema

Hereditary angioedema is an inherited abnormality of the immune system that causes swelling, particularly of the face, and abdominal cramping. Also, see angioedema.
Causes, incidence, and risk factors

Hereditary angioedema is an inherited disorder. It is caused by the absence of a protein called C1 inhibitor (or a defect in this protein), which in turn effects blood vessels. People with hereditary angioedema can develop rapid swelling of the hands, feet, limbs, face, intestinal tract, or airway (larynx or trachea).

Unlike an allergic reaction, there is usually no itching or hives. Swelling of the gut can cause intestinal cramping. If swelling closes the airway, it can be fatal. Attacks of swelling can become more severe in late childhood and adolescence.

A family history is usually noted, at times only reported to descendants as an unexpected, sudden, and premature death of a parent, aunt/uncle, or grandparent.

Symptoms

Swelling in the arms, legs, lips, eyes, tongue, or throat
Airway obstruction -- throat swelling and sudden hoarseness
Repeat episodes of abdominal cramping without obvious cause
Intestinal swelling can be severe and include vomiting, dehydration, pain, and occasionally shock
Patients may have several hours' warning before swelling becomes severe.
Signs and tests Decreased C1 inhibiting factor activity
Decreased C4 and C2 levels, part of the complement test
Treatment

Try to prevent attacks by avoiding trauma and precipitating factors. In contrast to other causes of angioedema (e.g., from allergies), antihistamines and other related treatments are of limited benefit in hereditary angioedema.

Attenuated androgens, which are derivatives of normal sex hormones, can reduce the frequency and severity of attacks.

Once an attack occurs, treatment includes pain relief and intravenous fluids. A new treatment using C1-inhibitor concentrate is being tested.

Expectations (prognosis)

Because this disorder can be life-threatening and treatment options are limited, avoidance of triggers is crucial. There are no definitive studies on the outlook, as individuals differ in their patterns and severity of symptoms.
Complications

Swelling of the airways may be fatal.
Calling your health care provider

Call your health care provider if you are considering having children and would like some additional information about this disorder, or if you are experiencing a group of the above symptoms.

Swelling of the airway is a life-threatening emergency. If you are having difficulty breathing due to swelling, call an emergency service in your area immediately.
Prevention

Genetic counseling may be beneficial for prospective parents with a family history of hereditary angioedema.

And what about these hypocrites who want us to believe that all Caucasians are evil but yet the Nuwaubians will be the first to boast about their membership being filled with so many Europeans. Either you are for the Caucasian or you're not.

Yes, the beginning of all Europeans started out negative by the very nature of what as a whole, Europeans have done to themselves and the Asiatic race.
