<br>The United States Court system is a game. Why do you think they call the place where cases are heard, a “court”? What happens on other “courts” such as Basketball courts, Tennis courts, Badminton courts, and Volleyball courts? Right, they are all used to play a game. So, when it comes to a court of law, what’s the game? This country is based on laws, rules and regulations. While Blacks, Latinos and other non-Europeans are following the laws, the Euro-Americans are living by rules, regulations and loopholes. is precedents, which are court decisions that are used to override the law and set the standard on how all cases of a particular type are handled. The prosecutors in a case are able to pull case laws or precedents and use them against defense to prove their argument. As long as an attorney can find a case law or a precedent that can support their argument, it can stand up in a court of law. This is why judges and prosecutors work together to set precedents; they make sure certain cases turn out in a certain way which gives them the ability to use this same case against others. How is the court system set up? The first thing they do is trick the Jurors by allowing the Prosecution to present their case first. So they are allowed to make the first impression, which is the lasting impression. Then they allow the Defense to present their case after the Prosecution. During the case both sides should be the opposition in which they are allowed to interject, cross-examine go to bench and discuss with the judge what they feel should and shouldn’t be done. However, in the case of Malachi Z. York Judge C. Ashley Royal blocks the evidence of the Defense and rule in favor of the Prosecution, the Government, and blocks the witnesses of the Defense and then at the end of that, your attorney is forced to give a final argument or closing statement but the last thing left in the mind of the jurors is the prosecution’s side when they surmise all the information in the case to make themselves look good. Because they get the final closing hearing, so they are the first thing in the Jurors mind and the Last thing on the Jurors mind and since the Judge is already on the side of the Prosecution, the accused doesn’t stand a chance and they bend the rules and The Judge always moves in their favor, accepts their motions, accepts all their evidence, accepts all their witnesses and the judge helps them make the case by overruling the defense and sustaining the prosecution. It’s a game. It must be stopped.
Here’s another game that’s played. In the court, there is a regular court reporter. Now his position in the court is at the mercy of the judge so of course he doesn’t want to do anything to displease him. Now the court reporter’s job is to record the proceedings of the court word for word. However, in many cases if the judge makes a mistake and says something he shouldn’t he just turns to the court reporter and suggests to the court reporter to “just strike it”, The court reporter or stenographer then makes up excuses such as, “It just got passed me and I couldn’t quite catch everything that was being said in court.” The stenographer that went to school for this. How can you record transcripts from a trial and word for word is not all there? How can a person have a fair Appeal if all that happened in court was not show in the transcripts? This goes to show you that the Stenographer and the Prosecution works with and under the Judge. It is all a part of the game.
One thing they did not anticipate in the Malachi Z. York Trial was that Dr. Malachi York and many others would see the game. And had in court professional hired secretaries who specialize in speed writing and shorthand log the minutes as they were taking place day by day and went to a designated place in Brunswick and transcribed each day’s happening. That’s why you hear the minutes in our fliers when Judge C. Ashley Royal tried to keep us from getting the transcripts. Now, Sheriff: Howard Richard Sills, United States Attorney Maxwell Wood, Assistant Stephanie Thacker, FBI Agent Joan Cronier, FBI Agent Jalaine Ward are trying to hide the truth, the recantments, the investigations, the witnesses to the conspiracy. With the new evidence in this case the only thing left to say is – GAME OVER!
