Tribal News: Ready, Willing And Able To Testify:
All of the Conspiracy Witnesses were ready, willing and able to testify in Brunswick, Georgia during the trial of Dr. Malachi Z. York they were ready, willing and able to testify at the Sentencing and Restitution Hearing that was for Dr. Malachi Z. York but they were not allowed and they are still ready, willing and able to testify. What do we mean by ready
They came all the way to Brunswick, Georgia some from as far as New York and California ready to testify about what they saw, not what they heard, but Judge C. Ashley Royal blocked these witnesses to the conspiracy from testifying. Have you ever heard of a case where the judge called the jury out of the room to hear a testimony before the jury was able to hear the testimony? Well, in the case against Malachi Z. York, the Judge listened to the conspiracy witnesses and they were ready to testify to this conspiracy and Judge C. Ashley Royal BLOCKED these witnesses from testifying after he himself heard the conspiracy. He didn’t use the hearsay clause when the whole prosecutions case is based on hearsay and no physical evidence, however he did use the hearsay clause when he wanted to stop the eyewitness to the conspiracy against Dr. Malachi Z. York. They were ready then, and they are ready now. What do we mean by willing? They were willing to testify even though at the trial in Brunswick, Georgia they were getting served bogus subpoenas before entering the courtroom, receiving life threatening phone calls from the Prosecution and threats of jail time for revealing the conspiracy. They were still willing to stand up for what’s right and tell the truth behind the conspiracy to set up Dr. Malachi Z. York. What do we mean by able? These were not hearsay witnesses because we know about that new rule about hearsay. They are eyewitnesses; not hearers of the conspiracy. They were asked to participate in the conspiracy. Jake told them that it came from Sheriff: Howard Richard Sills, Maxwell Wood, Tracey Bowen, Stephanie Thacker, Jalaine Ward, AND Joan Cronier. They are able to present pictures, videotapes, letters, and physical evidence to reveal the conspiracy. They were witnesses to the conspiracy set up at the round table and they are able to testify to what they saw. They are ready to testify. They are willing to testify and they are able to testify. And we hope that Jake is ready, willing and able to testify.
We hope that Sheriff: Howard Richard Sills is ready, willing and able, because when Federal Agent Jalaine Ward, one of the lead investigators in the Malachi York case was called to the stand, during the trial in Brunswick, Georgia she wasn’t ready. She was willing, but when questioned weather or not there were any videotapes, she said no. When questioned were there any pictures, she said no. When questioned were any of the interviews videotaped or audio taped, she said no. When questioned, “well, how do you know the accuracy of these statements?”, she said we just use our memory. When questioned about a statement she made under oath one day after the arrest of Malachi Z. York and the raid that took place on 404 Shady Dale Rd. where she stated that she had no witnesses, she stumbled and denied making this statement. So were you lying under oath, or you didn’t have any witnesses? She wasn’t able to give a straight answer. The results of this was that in Federal Agent Jalaine Ward’s statement, she stated clearly more than once, on several different dates in open court and more importantly during the trial in Brunswick, Georgia that she had no videotapes, no audio tapes, no pictures, no DNA, no physical evidence, no medical evidence and NO WITNESSES! Federal Agent Jalaine Ward wasn’t ready, are you?
