Tribal News: You Can't Fool us Ford!
Mr. York has filed several suits of slander, libel and defamation of character against some of the officials of Putnam County, namely:
1. Rob Peecher, Editor of the Lake Oconee News, 111 North Jefferson Ave. Eatonton, GA 31024, 139 Lake Forest Drive, Eatonton, Georgia 31024;
2.Georgia Smith 403 East Harris Street, Eatonton, Georgia 31024
3. Sheriff Howard Richard Sills, Badge 117, 414 West Hains Street, Eatonton, Georgia 31024 and 111 Ridley Drive, Eatonton, GA 31024.

that they work with, certain prosecutors that they work with, certain district attorneys that they work with, certain Sheriffs that they work with and certain judges that they work with and certain media persons that print whatever they want. They all work together in the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit to keep the Middle District of Georgia in the Dark ages of racism and white supremacy or what they call the good ole boy circuit. They have several goals. The first is to figure out by any means necessary how to take money from the residents. Second is to keep everybody in a state of fear, and the other is to not allow any ethnics to exceed or succeed in the Ocumlgee circuit and this is done by manipulating the legal system and the media employment benefits promotions, total and outright disregard for the laws of the country and the state of Georgia to further their own means in the Middle District of Georgia.
Now one of them is said to be a so-called attorney named Francis Nearn Ford Bar Number 260835, or simply Frank. Frank Ford is from New Jersey and was born in 1943 A.D. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Park College and recieved his Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia, so he is also a member of the University of Georgia clique. Frank Ford was then admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1989 A.D. He has had many complaints before the Bar Asssociation, State Bar of Georgia 104 Marietta Street Northwest Suite 100 Atlanta, Georgia 30303 (404) 527-8700 but being they are also part of the inner circle there has been no response to date. We classify Frank Ford, Bar Number 260835, as "The Welfare Lawyer" simply because he picks up all of the county officials who are part of plots and schemes to manipulate the Putnam County Courthouse and Judges then they are indebted to him it appears, which gives him the power to manipulate them. Well again, Frank Ford has stepped in on behalf of members of Putnam County's conspirator team. He and his firm took on these suits that Malachi York filed.
Make note of the name on the top of the response to the suits coming from their office and through the legal system of the state of Georgia. The point being if these are not real names then the person who sent these documents through the legal system is guilty of violating a federal offense false writing and documents which can be found under the United States Code Title 18 Part Two Crimes Chapter 47 Fraud and False Statements Section 1001 and is punishable by fine or imprisonment in jail. Also it is called a misnomer which simply means the misuse of a name. Of course, the Georgia Bar, being ruled by the same people as in this closed circle said his threatening Mr. York in a letter to pull his suit was appropriate. The name on your birth certificate is Dwight York” Below is a copy of Malachi Z. York's birth certificate, issued in Boston, in 1947 A.D., (birthdate 1945 A.D.) As you can see from your own eyes the name Dwight does not appear on this birth certificate and we know that Mr. Frank Ford and Sheriff Howard Richard Sills Badge #117 and other conspirators know its not on the Birth Certificate because they have a copy of it so how is he trying to fool us? When the land was being purchased, Mr. Arne Lassen will attest to the fact that he never met Malachi Z. York in person but that his son got the purchase record before his father and both he and his father signed it, he as Dwight York and his father as Issa Al Haadi Al Mahdi. In the Superior Court of Putnam County, Case 99CV-1-1, February 8, 2002 A.D. Putnam County Attorney Robert T. Prior stated “This morning the County recieved from the Defendant Dwight York a quit claim deed releasing all his interest in the property” See how they use the name Dwight York to force him to respond to it knowing that was not his name. They even used to force him to sign the name Dwight York. This is because they wouldn’t go any further if he didn’t say he was Dwight York although they knew he wasn’t.
