Tribal News: U.S. Prosecutors Attack Habibah Washington & Her Attorney Dwight Johnson


US prosecutors are now trying to force Habibah Washington to fire her attorney, Dwight Johnson. Habibah Washington was the Prosecution's lead witness in the Federal case against Malachi York. In a December 30th pre-trial hearing, US Attorney Max Wood admitted in court that the prosecution needed at least 1 of 3 structuring counts in order to move forward with the case. Habibah Washington was to testify to the 3 alleged counts of structuring cash deposits. Without Ms. Washington's false testimony there was no Federal case. As long as Ms. Washington gave false testimony for the prosecution, she was their star witness and even received favorable concessions which is another way of saying "a payment". Ms Washington was then employed by the Federal Government to give false testimony. She was their star witness...



Now on May 20th 2004, Assistant U.S. Attorney George Christian filed a Motion for Hearing Regarding Potential Conflict Of Interest. This is an attack on Ms. Washington's attorney Dwight Johnson. In their motion, prosecutors allege that Attorney Dwight Johnson is some how affiliated with the Nuwaubians and Mr. York by asking the court to inquire into any potential relationships between the two. The prosecution is also questioning how Ms. Washington was able to pay her Attorney fees. Attorney Dwight Johnson is in no way affiliated with the Nuwaubians or Mr. York. Attorney Johnson is not a member of any organization of Nuwaubians. Mr. York never met Attorney Johnson. This is just another tactic of the Federal Government to discredit Ms. Washington's recantment and to violate Malachi York's rights and due process. The prosecution is stuck on the names Dwight & Johnson as in Dwight York & Kathy Johnson, so suddenly there must be a connection with Attorney Dwight Johnson, Malachi York and the Nuwaubians. This is ridiculous.


Habibah Washington has written a sworn affidavit and video stating that she was pressured, coerced, and forced to conspire with others in this case to give false testimony against Mr. York. Ms. Washington was also present at the Restitution Hearing ready and willing to testify truthfully in favor of Mr. York but was denied. In his motion, Assistant US Attorney George Christian threatens Ms. Washington that if she insist in testifying in favor of Mr. York, she then faces very real danger of being charged, convicted and sentenced to a lengthy term of imprisonment. This is an outright threat and intimidation used by the prosecution. Another scare tactic. Now that Ms. Washington comes forward to tell the truth, the Federal Government threatens Ms. Washington with jail time.


When will the public demand justice? How long will you let this continue? An innocent man is being railroaded right in front of your eyes. Are you going to sit back and do nothing about it. This could be your Minister, Father, Brother, Husband, or even you. Out of 13 alleged victims, 9 of them state that they were never molested. The prosecutions key witness, Habibah Washington, has now recanted her false testimony and supports the innocence of Mr. York. Other eye witnesses to the conspiracy to bring down Mr. York including those who were denied the ability to testify at trial and even a 15 year old teenager whose mother was approached by the conspirators are going forward giving detailed statements. Truth is Truth. Malachi York is an innocent man. When will we put an end to the injustices? When will you demand justice?

I have tried to teach you numerous of times what the legal terminolgy of "favorable concessions" is. The person writing that pathetic essay sounds so ridiculous, that any person with any knowledge will read it and just giggle!

Dictionary.com defines "concession" under the number one usage as:

The act of conceding.

Something, such as a point previously claimed in argument, that is later conceded.
An acknowledgment or admission.
