Peace-- Do you remember Dr. York's Music Albums. Alot of folks don't remember he was a like a singer or something. That album cover was halarious. I recall 2 albums he had---
Question-How many Albums did he put out??

"I got nothin but love for you baby....." There is a video out of him that he hates--(maybe that one) the sisters in the office used to crack on him about it because he can't dance. There was a part in the song where he kicked his leg back and went "woo" and you can see people giggling... perhaps balkis or eltruth will know which video I am speaking of. |

The video in question was the 1st Nuwaubian Ball held at the OMNI Center Hotel in Atlanta, GA the year 1995. York's outfit a red and black tuxedo quite 'devilish'.

Peace! All I know is the name of the group was "Passion" and I remember a few songs just do not remember the names! I also remember when he put out the group "She"! I made a joke about it and they got mad at me in the store. I was just keepin it real. He did look Gay. I mean Prince Looks gay too but Prince has Madd Talent. Doc aint really got talent as a Singer. Im sorry. I rather buy a real BLUE MAGIC CD then a bunch of BAD remakes.

he WASNT making money with those songs! lol.. he had a seperate ledger book and would have the office write in their names and put quatities, - to ACT like they bought the tapes) so he could claim tax write offs! the 'gold' albums- they are ordered from a music magazine! he performed in one high school in broooklyn they BOO'd him off the stage. its ALL and act! even on the true light tapes and right knowledge tapes he would have the sisters and brothers sit in to add laughs and all those church types stuff. even had questions ADDED to the tapes. ITS ALL FOR SHOW! and yeah that vidoe were he COULDNT dance! lol- and he has a pillow fight with his 'daughter' :-[who he produced at the time. what about the vidoe when he did the spin and drop? lol- he hated being teased about that step!  |
