that is weird cause MZYork was accused of molesting around the same amount and they gave him 135 yrs ? something aint right here. How comes this dude only got 18 ? And make matters worse he was convicted of raping them also.
Seems to me there is BIAS here.

Seems to me there is BIAS here. thre is big differnces- the guy was setenced for raping ONLY 8 children, doc had more victims, PLUS there were many more other charges, like agrevated molestation, sodomizing young boys, tax evasion, - there is a minimum and a maximum stence that is up to the judge descretion on how many year between the range that is given. there is also things that effect a setence - as if the person has previous charges of the same crim - doc plead guilty to satory rape of a 13 or 15 year old back in the 60's he had 2 counts - and he plead guilty for a lesser charge- now if STATATORY RAPE is a lesser charge- the question is WHAT was he REALLY accused of?  in federal he had only 11 charges but in the state he has OVER 208 counts of molestation AND agrevated molestation and if im not mistaken 1 count of rape. so CLEARLY docs crime and charges out weigh this man with only 8 victims. |
