11-02-03 A Clear Way Out - Entrapment is what the many Georgia State and Federal officers have done in the case of Maku: Chief Black Thunderbird “Eagle” (Malachi Z York-El). All of the so-called witnesses, who were enticed with monetary gains, pressured, frightened or just plain forced into making false statements against innocent people, are the victims of the system and you have a way out. The victims of these officers don’t have to be afraid any longer. What these agents did was against the law. What these agents did is called Entrapment and is defined by The Lectric Law Library’s Lexicon as follows: A person is entrapped when he is induced or persuaded by law enforcement officers or their agents to commit a crime that he had no previous intent to commit; (for example perjury) and the law as a matter of policy forbids conviction in such as case. Legally when an officer’s threaten, pressure, badger or promise a person to do something against the law that is Entrapment (For example lying to the court against an innocent person). When an officer creates a compelling motive to commit a crime and a person goes along with it in order to create a friendship or sympathy of that officer that is Entrapment. Entrapment is also done when an officer offers the person an opportunity to be placed on a “confidential payroll”, in return for a false statement. All of these actions are against the law. At some point in time you may not want to participate any longer in the illegal scheme created by the government, yet you fear that you may be incarcerated for your false testimonies or statements. The law is that they cannot try you for that crime because the crime would not have been committed if they (an officer of the law) did not pressure you into doing it. Therefore all victims of State and Federal agent’s pressure you are no longer trapped!
