dont belive the hype if anything she was bribed, threatend- becasue last year she did an interview with sarah wallace a reporter and told the EXACT opposite and she called sarah wallace and gave that story. |

I'm listening to the video now, and it's frustrating, because it stops and goes all the time, however, the main thing she IS saying is that "SHE DID NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG IN WHAT WAS BEING DONE ON THE LAND"
I have a whole lot more that I have to say on this, but I have other things to do tha is more pressing for now, so later.

the sad part of this is - she was manipulated into saying this and it incriminates her more, plus she could stand to go to jail and her kids be without both father AND mother. PLUS she does a WHOLE lot of FUMBLING when talking about her talks with the FBI- AND she did an interview with sarah wallace to perpously show doc she wasnt scared of him and didnt want her face hidden for protection. so which story if the right story? not to mention the trial- do i smell PURGURY???  |

Abigail can say anything she wants ...The videotape is not a courtroom! Dr. Kevorkian filmed his euthanizations and still it was a huge battle to convict him!!!! For the Nuwaubian faithful they have the "video" to cling on to!For this witness to allegedly "fess up" is a brutal twist on the day of York's collecting 1,620 consecutive months. Why wait until JUDGMENT DAY is cruel for a man in his late 50's to toil in prison for almost 2 years...What a FOUL irony to a tale that continues to reek a foul odor!

If you watch the video, you will see exactly where Abigail is lying. The eyes tell the truth. Studies have shown that staring off to the left when speaking the person is 'lying'. When looking up the person is trying to access memory, or is thinking. Law enforcement officers use similar technique to help them detect when a person is possibly lying. Here we see Habibba Washington constantly looking left throughout this video footage.

We have emails we can scan from Habiba talking about her father taking the stand on York's behalf. "After all that I told him, still he was willing to get up on that stand and testify on behalf of that man. Actually go against his own daugheter and not just me, it also happpend to my sister, so he was silling to go against his own daughters for some nigger that never gave a fuck about him. I told him that York himself told us to our faced that we were "home grown pussy". That's what we war. He literally raised us for the sold purpose of fucking us at a certain age I told my father that and still he acted as if everything I was saying was a lie. What do I have to gain from lying about this man. After all he is the father of my children and even though I know I have to right the wrong, I also have to protect the mental stability of my children. Especially my son. York supporters say tape proves his innocence

Supporters of Malachi York gave reporters a videotape Thursday that they say proves the cult leader's innocence.
The tape appears to show a woman who originally testified that she was molested by York. The tape seemed to show her recanting testimony she gave in January that she had been sexually molested by York. In the videotape, the woman says she was coerced into testifying by one of York's sons.
Also Thursday, York's new defense team said part of its request for a new trial hinged on testimony from an alleged victim. But defense lawyer Jonathan Marks declined to say if that person is the same one depicted on the tape.
The videotape displayed Sunday's date. It was given to The Telegraph and WSB-TV, Channel 2, of Atlanta, at a news conference outside the federal courthouse Thursday.
"It's time for the truth to come out," the woman says in the video statement. "I'm here because I'm trying to do the right thing."
Testimony in York's January trial featured several witnesses who initially told investigators they had been molested by York but recanted, and others who had at first denied being abused, then later testified that they had. Prosecutors had more than 40 witnesses who testified against York, 13 of whom said he had molested them.
The woman said she went to prosecutors initially because she was worried about losing her children. She said she feared that if she did not cooperate, she also would be prosecuted.
U.S. Attorney Max Wood said the woman was not considered a main witness in the case and declined further comment. He said the first time he heard that the woman had changed her statement was Thursday in court. Wood heard it from York, who said in court that the videotape proved him innocent of sexual molestation charges.
In January, the woman on the tape testified at York's trial that he had molested her from the time she was 13.
The woman could not be reached for comment Thursday. Prosecutors said she now lives with her family in New York.
In the taped statement, the woman said she had consensual sex with York. On the tape, the woman did not say at what age she started having sex with York.
"I want to tell the truth behind all of the lies," the woman said in her taped statement.
York's supporters would not elaborate on where the tape was made or any other details about its production. When pressed for details, a supporter simply said: "Watch the tape."
