Ms. Kathy Johnson, who suffers from Muscular Sclerosis, is Innocent of all charges and was illegally coerced to pleading guilty to child molestation. This is yet another way that the Federal and State Judicial systems have abused the judicial process to further the conspiracy against the Yamassee Native American Moors of the Creek Nation. The public must realize that 98% of all Federal cases end up in a guilty plea in order for the defendant to waive his or her right to a fair trial and to rightfully face their accusers. They have what is referred to as a "plea bargain" where your own lawyer makes a deal with the prosecution to save the state or federal government money by frightening you into taking a bogus plea. This is rampant in the federal system today. When the plea doesn’t work they have what is called a 5K or Rule 39 where friends, relatives or strangers are given the right to make a deal with the government to either reduce their own time for illegal activities considerably or release them from all charges they are guilty of by allowing them to turn states evidence against the other co-defendants. He or she is told that you will get an exuberant amount of time incarcerated, they even go as far as saying for one count you will get twenty years, fifty years, and even life if you do not take this plea bargain. The attorney further assisting the prosecution reiterates that they have a bunch of people that are willing to come in and testify on the stand after rehearsing a lie. They make what is called immunity agreements that offer "favorable concession" which translates into "money to lie for the government" this is why the federal government has 85% success because 84% are entrapped by this new system called plea bargaining....read more
If any media doubts this wicked system is in place they need to visit any pre-trial federal institution or state prison holding federal prisoners and conduct interviews and you will find 99 out of 100 will explain just what is going on. The media is part of the institution being that they are a trusted institution by the public and they violate that trust by what is called yellow journalism that they only report one-side of the story. You will see the prosecution for the government voicing their opinion when the defense attorneys and the individual being held on bogus charges, never get a chance to voice their opinion. The media only allows them to be seen in handcuffs or in court. It is a cruel ugly system they have in place now and it is targeted at black intellectuals, professionals, clergy, entertainers, actors and actresses, the upper class or financially well to do. The reason for these individuals to be targeted is that part of their plan is forfeitures and restitutions, where the government comes in and steals the money, the property, and the personals of a defendant to liquidate the property and all parties involved get their share.
Sheriff Howard Richard Sills is a clear example of trying to gain from the proposed Federal Forfeiture of the land at 404 Shady Dale Rd. Sheriff Howard Richard Sills has applied for the Federal Equitable Sharing Agreement, which was filed intentionally with false information. The application requires according to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. § 20000d et seq.). Question 8B of the application asks, "Are there pending in a federal or state court, or before any federal or state administrative agency, proceedings against your agency alleging discrimination?" and Sheriff Howard Richard Sills answer was "no". This is something that needs to be investigated and stopped immediately. The State of Georgia, by way of Sheriff Howard Richard Sills is at the for-front of this corrupt system.
Channel 13WMAZ in Macon, Georgia televised a story regarding Kathy Johnson’s coerced plea of guilty in State Court on April 15, 2004 A.D. First of all there are documented statements by the witnesses who were by Ms. Johnson’s side who observed the coercion tactics her very own Attorney Brian Steele, who was hired by the Garland, Samuel & Loeb firm to make the deal with the government to coerce Kathy Johnson into taking a guilty plea when the truth is she is innocent of all charges just as Maku: Chief Black Thunderbird "Eagle" is innocent of all charges and coerced and tortured into taking a bogus plea. CBS Evening News on April 19, 2004 aired a segment called "Coerced Confessions". This segment dealt with individuals who were coerced to plea guilty to murder charges when they knew that they were innocent. Mr. Joseph Lopez was coerced by being chained to a bench and deprived of sleep by police officers that were pressed to solve a murder case of a 15-year-old Chicago boy, to make a plea of guilty in a case that he knew he was innocent of. Just three days after he confessed the real killer came forward and this saved Mr. Lopez his life because the sentence for capitol murder is the death sentence. These illegal actions by those sworn to uphold the law happens all over the country. We have documented and video recorded proof that she was coerced and threatened to take this plea by her Attorney Brian Steele, yet another graduate from the University of Georgia Clan.
The witnesses to Ms. Johnson’s plea negations witnessed her attorney tell her that if she did not take the plea that she would die in prison, just as Dr. York is going to die in prison and that her children will loose a mother and a father. She was told that she would not get a fair trial just as Dr. York did not get a fair trial and that she would be convicted and sentenced to 140 years in prison for the charges that she currently faced. She was told that she would be re-indicted and face more charges if she chose to go to trial. Ms. Johnson told her Attorney, Brian Steele, that she could not see herself pleading guilty to charges that she was innocent of and his reply to her was, "There are many innocent people that take guilty pleas". Ms. Johnson’s attorney told her that this is the best decision for her and that he believed she was innocent but there is no possible way that anyone would believe her innocence. The prosecution had already prepared in their plea agreement what they called her confession, which were not her words, the witnesses, confirmed she never made any of the statements that Dawn Baskin stated on television, these things were never said out of her mouth. She was told that Dr. York was not going to withdraw his guilty plea, which was forced upon him this very same way by his attorney, Edward Garland who hired Steele, also a University of Georgia graduate. We have the witnesses to prove the coercion tactics that were used against Ms. Kathy Johnson who suffers from a life threatening and physically debilitating disease of Muscular Sclerosis, which impairs her ability to make such a decision under pressure. The State of Georgia does not want to take this bogus case to trial because they know that the evidence brought forth by the defense was enough to Acquit Maku: "Chief" Black Thunderbird "Eagle" aka Malachi York, if the jury had not been hand picked by Judge C.
