The Prosecution Purchased False Testimony - The prosecution, Max Wood, Richard Multrie, and Stephanie Thacker are seeking restitution for the alleged victims in the unjust case against our Maku: Chief Black Thunderbird. According to the Black's Laws Dictionary pg 1315, the word Restitution means "Compensation for benefits derived from a wrong done to another". According to the American Heritage Dictionary Restitution means "The act of restoring to the rightful owner something that has been taken away, lost, or surrendered.". This is a ploy of the prosecution in order to fulfill their promise of a money reward to the alleged victims for falsely testifying against Our Maku: Chief Black Thunderbird aka Malachi York. Yes thats right... We told you that they were promised money and some were even put on the payroll. Now it's coming to pass. At the Restitution hearing scheduled for April 1st 2004, the prosecution plans to call an expert witness, Richard Laurence Elliott, a professor of psychiatry and medicine at Mercer University School of Medicine, who will testify to the court on the reasons why these allege victims should get money. What they aren't telling you is that most of their so-called victims are defense witnesses who still maintain that NOTHING ever happened. There were several alleged victims listed in the Federal Indictment, 7 to be exact, that testified that NOTHING ever happened. They still insist "I was NEVER molested", yet the prosecution has the nerve to include them in their list of so-called victims who should get money for restitution. This is another ploy of the prosecution to lure witnesses into the State Case. "The love of money is the root of all evil" and they are using money to buy false testimony and gain witnesses for the up coming state case against our Maku: Chief Black Thunderbird. This is why the Judge closed the courtroom to the public. This is why the Judge closed down the trial transcripts. This is why the Judge made the jury anonymous. This is why the Judge put a stay on the Brunswick civil suit. Its the same Judge, Charles Ashley Royal. How can the prosecution decide that alleged victims who were NEVER victims in the first place, need any money. This is another addition to the public modern day lenching taking place right here in Georgia. What are YOU going to do about it?!?

Although he is incarcerated going on 2 years, been tortured, slandered, had his character assasinated, betrayed and the likes....Our Maku: Chief Black Thunderbird "Eagle", out of love and devotion to his mission - OUR MISSION (he is NEVER alone)....He STILL works at raising our souls. He has been questioned and doubted for over 30 years while waking us up from the spell. He wrote over 400 books and is still writting books. In our books, he's always said "Dont believe me - check it out". Ofcourse with that statement, if a person were to check it out and find it elsewhere, then they normally come back and say "he is right" - just as long as they can find it elsewhere. Some even say - "He stole that from this person". Well...the level of information that we are blessed to receive now is on another level altogether. He is the Doctor with the cure and has had a formula to administer the entire time he has been teaching and continues to teach. He stated that - they(devils, reptilians, etc) had to snatch him off the streets because they knew what he was going to do. Remember 2003 is the mark and they had to get him before 2003 to remove him out of our presence becuase they knew that he was going to ALIGN the teachings and bring it ALL TOGETHER. That - along with the alignment and events that were to take place in 2003 - they had to remove him away from his people. We were to be mentally prepared for what takes place from 2003 and after. Well...this is not a game and our doctrine is not a joke. Amun Nubi Re Akh Ptah is taking us back and tying it all together. After this, what are they going to say now? "He made it all up"? We we will thank them for the compliment! Important note: I want to stress that there are some people who are content with our Chief being in jail as long as they get new information and as long as they are getting new books. You figure this "doctor" who supposedly have the cure for what ails the people, who have been so deligently working for the past 30 yrs. and over so called 400 books, and the question is "are nuwaubians STILL under the spell"  The only spell they will still be under, would be the spell of york, since he washed their brains clean when they all took their shahada back in the 70's or 80's & 90's! Everytime he claims he still have more information to give that is so much moor dynamic than the last information he gave us, that we thought was so dynamic. Only to find out now, and then, that it was obsolete and of no use to us. Come on now, when is he EVER going to give the people the REAL DEAL??? I guess he will never do that, how else is he supposed to keep the money coming if he told the real deal? |

What happened for the cure for Sickle Cell? One of the medical doctors in Al Mahdi Shrine discovered a cure, please check with Grady Hospital(Sickle Cell Foundation), I believe to this date we have two seperate cures. |

oh u didnt know ? anytime he makes a 'prediction' that doesnt come true- he blames it on the white mans calander! ;D y2k, everything- the thing is also if he REALLY could predict the future- then the case should have come to know surprise! Thanks for sharing your opinion on our stuff |

A Nuwaubian doctor discovered a cure? Amazing. Have they contacted the sickle cell foundation because according to them they don't have a definite cure as of yet. |

Good morning! I had two cousins that went to him. One of my cousin had lung cancer and the other cousin had lupus. You know what both of them are cure. He gave them some type of herbs and he told them stop eating meat and milk. They are alive and well. The government want Dr. Sebi out of America. He causing them to lose ton of money. America made more money when you are sick and ill. This country is very corrupt. I am planning to visit Dr. Sebi. If you need his number let me know. Peace!  |
