And, Sorry but I forgot to announce that York's main wife, Kathy Johnson, is scheduled to enter a guilty to plea to her state charges in Eatonton on Thursday, April 1st at 9:00 AM. That would be April Fool's Day |

This is at least the third sentencing date set by the U.S. Attorney's office, Sills said. The date was originally rescheduled so it would not conflict with the Cherry Blossom Festival, Sills said. On Jan. 23, a jury in Brunswick convicted York of nine criminal charges, including racketeering and child molestation. York, 58, brought the Nuwaubian National of Moors to Putnam County in 1993 where they built a large compound modeled in an Egyptian theme. - Liz Fabian The date was originally rescheduled so it would not conflict with the Cherry Blossom Festival, Sills said. Aint that some bullshit? They can reshedule a senticing date for a Cherry Blossom Festival, but they can have court on MLK national holiday? |
