Judge Royal clearly sided with the prosecution on several occasions. In the Decemeber 16th transcripts, Judge Royal included himself as a prosecutor when he asked "How can we try the case...". Thus, he has already sided with the persecution and declared them already right or good. Click here and read for yourself  |

actually if you go a couple statements above the one highlighted the judge says "let's assume that i agree with you" .. this means he is about to pose a hypothetic question.. which is what you highlighted but mis-spoke- how WOULD we try this case.. he is asking them questions about their position and how they would proceed not siding with them.
