The Prosecution intimidated the Defense witnesses. Several of the alleged victims who denied any sexual molestation ever taking place, testified on behalf of Chief Black Thunderbird during trial. Just moments BEFORE each witness took the stand, Putnam County Detective Tracey Bowen served them with a BOGUS subpoena concerning the State Case involving Kathy Johnson. As a result, the witnesses were intimidated and this action affected their testimony. Evidence that would have been introduced to the jury was sabotaged. The date set on the subpoenas was for February 16th 2004, Presidents Day, which is a BOGUS court date. They were served with FALSE documents. Many of the onlookers outside of the courthouse witnessed the intimidation. Tracey Bowen, along with 3 Deputy Sheriffs surrounded a witness moments before their testimony in court, and proceeded to shove the subpoena in her face. This particular witness, thought she was being arrested. This was a CLEAR case of intimidation. How would you feel in that situation? Would you be able to think clearly while giving testimony in court, under cross examination? Action must be taken!!!

its a known fact docs 'witnesses' had a meeting to discus how to answer the questions, its a known fact they have been using every tactic in the book to scare people off, intimidate them, coherse witnesses, etc etc, but i guess those tactics wont be discussed and wont be addresses? more air freshner is needed because you all are full of
