You tell him all that BS when he gets out and he is getting out sell-out... I would never apologize to your lying ass children nor you. I suppose it never occured to you that she already has said many things to York? I mean, after all he is the father of her child--she has had the oppurtunity to confront him--and she did. Although this has become a public display, much of it is family stuff. I don't mean nuwaubian--I'm talking baby mama/baby daddy business. one witness, now an adult, had confronted him in preliminary hearings saying "Look at me-look at me!--so, contrary to what you think--many of these victims and witnesses have confronted York! When the DA described the acts he committed, York BOWED HIS HEAD! Name one time, since this man has been arrested that he declared from his own mouth "I did none of these things". I am not talking about formalities of entering and withdrawing please--I'm saying "I did not do this, I am innocent". HE HAS NOT SAID IT!

Wow sun you are quite vicious & contradictory. I guess the internet allows you to be that way though. You can be as callous as you want, although you may play quite righteous in your private life. Sell-out? another cop-out term by Nuwaubians with the ostrich syndrome.... Whatever dog (not dyslexic!) Black Lotus You tell him all that BS when he gets out and he is getting out sell-out... Peace Black Lotus... That is not plagiarism...Allow me to clarify. Many people misinterpret "Paraphrasing" and "Plagiarism." The former is a restatement of a text or passage in another form or other words, often to clarify meaning. The word PARAPHRASE comes from the greek word paraphrazein, which means to explain alongside something. The statements of Dr. Malachi Z. York and Sai Baba: "I came giving you what you want, so the you would learn to want what I have to give" and “I give them what they want, so they will want what I have to give” respectively are not the same word for word, which would rule out plagiarism for either party. But these statements illustrate an idea that is parallel. Hence, the concept paraphrase. Don't believe me check it out! Yet ANOTHER plagiarism!!!! Black Lotus

To avoid plagiarism, you must give credit whenever you use another person's idea, opinion, or theory; any facts, statistics, graphs, drawings--any pieces of information--that are not common knowledge; quotations of another person's actual spoken or written words; or paraphrase of another person's spoken or written words. Here's the ORIGINAL text, from page 1 of Lizzie Borden: A Case Book of Family and Crime in the 1890s by Joyce Williams et al.: The rise of industry, the growth of cities, and the expansion of the population were the three great developments of late nineteenth century American history. As new, larger, steam-powered factories became a feature of the American landscape in the East, they transformed farm hands into industrial laborers, and provided jobs for a rising tide of immigrants. With industry came urbanization the growth of large cities (like Fall River, Massachusetts, where the Bordens lived) which became the centers of production as well as of commerce and trade. Here's an UNACCEPTABLE paraphrase that is plagiarism: The increase of industry, the growth of cities, and the explosion of the population were three large factors of nineteenth century America. As steam-driven companies became more visible in the eastern part of the country, they changed farm hands into factory workers and provided jobs for the large wave of immigrants. With industry came the growth of large cities like Fall River where the Bordens lived which turned into centers of commerce and trade as well as production. What makes this passage plagiarism? The preceding passage is considered plagiarism for two reasons: the writer has only changed around a few words and phrases, or changed the order of the original's sentences. the writer has failed to cite a source for any of the ideas or facts. www.indiana.edu/~wts/wts/plagiarism.html#plagiarizedNar, what York did with that quote and many pages of each of his books is not acceptable paraphrasing. Changing "you" to "them" is still considered plagiarism.

Peace Knaxemdead, The master teacher (amunnubi ra akh ptah) stated many times to his pupils: " don't believe me check it out!" The birth of all new ideas comes for an outside source. Remember knowledge is external and truth is internal. So, credit should NOT be given to the writer but given to the source of the original message. Do you follow? Knowledge that we do recieve from this outside source (radiant oversoul) is not always expressed by the prophet (naboo) word for word via language. But in most cases paraphrased. The quote " Don't believe me, check it out" alone grants Dr. York immunity from any kind of plagiarism. This quote is a subtle and very clever way, if I may add, of saying that knowledge and/or doctrine is external. Do the research. This is why we research. The way of gathering knowledge is a way of LEARNING. This brings to mind another common quote by our master teacher (amunnubi ra akh ptah): " I came giving you what you want, so that you would LEARN to want what I have to give." It is said that knowledge marks one, like a mark on a birch bark scroll. Peace Knaxemdead, The master teacher (amunnubi ra akh ptah) stated many times to his pupils: " don't believe me check it out!" I'm afraid that what you are saying is incorrect. The Urim & Thummim book is a DIRECT plagiarization by Malachi Z. York of a book by Ralph H. Blum called the Book of Runes even down to the feelings he got as he was handling the runes. Science of the Pyramids? plagiarized and mixed with Nuwaubian doctrine, Maguraj? pictures and Artwork directly lifted from another text (book isn't at hand right now). Even the tachyon info---not his idea. It is plagiarism if you recopy the text nearly word for word and then put your own cover and don't refer to where you got it from --stealing! Don't Believe Me, Check it Out is not an old saying just a few years and this has been going on longer than the Nuwaupu school.... Yeah so, the point is: He could've spoken up if he was innocent and he did not, period. There will be any amount of excuses to cover this but the FACT is that he said NOTHING of torture, coercion, etc... WHEN HE WAS ASKED IN COURT!!!!! UNSHAKEABLE FACT RIGHT THERE... Black Lotus The time of questioning is over, brother. The space of an half hour is up (1970 to 2000). "I came giving you what you want, so that you would learn to want what I have to give."---Dr. Malachi Z. York
