Ralph I gotta agree with NAR here. Those are the tangles found in the bastard holy tongue called English. Copyright implies a right to copy. Just like they say Watch your steps but you and I know they own the steps not you. So why claim the steps belong to you ? Its them subtly puttin the onus on you if you were to bring an action of suit against them. There are quite a few examples in the english demonstrating the craftiness of the language.

Kah, you go ahead and use what Nar stated and see if your azz don't get sued! I am in the process of writting two books. One on the history of the Prince Hall Grand Lodge of New Jersey and another on the National Grand Lodge. Now do you think that I would let someone copy my research without my permission? I always love using the Oxford dictionary as a source. Here is what is stated:
"Copyright- The exclusive right given by law for a certain term of years to an author, composer, designer, etc. (or his assignee), to print, publish, and sell copies of his original work."
Now here is the question; if you wrote a book and someone took your work and slapped another cover on it, what would you do?
