No person shall be a representative in any form or fashion for The Supreme Grand Master unless appointed by the supreme rand master!!! The position of Maku or the supreme grand master is eternal. The Maku will choose his successor before moving on to a higher life. This successor will be the preferance of the people, working of, for and by the people. She/He will be of the bloodline of the family Tribe clan of the Yamassee Native American Moors of the Creek Nation U.N.N.M. only. If the Maku has an untimely departure to a higher life, the sacred council of The 9 to 13 Clan mothers appointed by The Maku: Malachi Zodok York-EL, Chief Black Eagle, will make the decision as to who the next successor will be. This office shall be filled bt the person or peoples duly preferred by the members of The Yamassee Native American Moors of The Creek Nation, U.N.N.M. etc

The land was in Nine names, then three now just two, who is Anthony Evans, and Patrica Evans. What was consistent in the teachings was that York as Al Mujaddid prepared the way for Al Masih (Jesus). It was Mahdi, Mujaddid, Masih. In that order of succession. So only person York saw qualified would be Jesus himself. The reason Yamassee Moor Constitution doesn't qualify here is because that governs the political body, as oppose to their spiritual movement.

Hagar didn't write the scroll you are refering to "Man of the Hour"--it was written by the office with her name put to it. The land is not, nor has ever been in her name. I have the documents to show it is in Anthony and Patrice Evans. Originally it was deeded over to 9 people--1 of which was Nathaniel Washington, father of Abigail "Habiba" Washington, as well as the Evans', parents of twins who recanted their original claim of molestation. There was an error with the quit claim deed, it was resolved, then 6 of the members forfeited their claim leaving it to the Evans couple and Ethel Richardson. Ethel's name has since been removed, and now Anthony "Bunns" Evans and his wife are the sole deed holders to 404 ShadyDale. (again, ain't it ironic their 2 children recanted their testimony)
The Athens mansion and properties in Macon and Atlanta are still in York's name, however his sister Dale York-Brown was given durable power of attorney by York one month after his arrest.
York has not and will not appoint a successor because as their constitution clearly shows, it has been and will always be about the man "maku" and not the 'mission'--he made it that way.
