I bet ya'll that some of the alleged victims could have said that he penetrated, ejaculated, what-ever and still be virgins. They is NO questioning the state. So the state doesn't have to prove that the victims were molested, just make you believe that it was so. All this requires is elaborate speech and lies. Physical evidence don't lie. There are visible signs of molestation, especially intercouse with "virgins".
Yet I bet that a woman whom testifies that she was raped, molested, etc. can be proven by direct physical examination to be a "Virgin", in some cases, but they are not subject to the scrutiny that should be, when dealing with a man's life.
This "VICTIM" consciousness was created for a purpose. To the effect that the Menedez Brothers can actully kill their parents, and say that they were "Molested" as a child for a defense. Hell, they probably could have asked for Mercy from the court for being Orphans - After Killing Their Parents. I tell ya, this society is NUTS.

Doesn't Innocenct until PROVEN guilty mean that NO-One should have to have an Alibi. The Alibi is proving innocence, and If "I" didn't have one, then I would have been charged and had to find out what I was doing on a particular day, 15 years ago, because they would have placed me, where-ever they wanted me to be. So - Must we have an Alibi for our lives? Or should they have to prove guilt. Furthermore, if proven that I was in PGH at the time of these murders, shouldn't I be compensated for the Evil intentions of the investigators. Or is it o.k. for An officer of the Law to tell a so-called witness details about a murder, and then coerce her into lying. On top of this, I was arrested for a DUI in my own house, charge with terroristic threats for biblical quotations, to ensure probation. Bottom Line is, If I had Nothing to do with these accusations, then the COP had to tell details of this crime to the accuser, and this is illegal. But They get away with SHOOTING our children (Whom ya'll think they love SOOOOO much) in the Backs around here. |

My husband was part of a homicide investigation. To the point they searched our home and removed items that may have been "fruits of the crime of murder". Did that make him say, fuck that, I know York is part of a conspiracy, because look how they doing me--no. Why? Because my husband was totally innocent, to the point the police were embarrassed and extremely apologetic. He/we were harrassed by law enforcement officials--did that make either of us say "fuck the police". No--why? Because we were innocent. We lived our lives thru phone taps, serveillance, interrogations etc. Did it make us bias? No, it taught us that law enforcement officials will put every ounce of their being into a case--and most often than not--when shown to be completely wrong--they will humble themselves.
When we realized we were under investigation, we didn't deed property over to other people. We didn't create stories to tell our family that "in case someone shows up, I'm telling you now--they are out to get us".

Wake up, sell-outs What I find most humorous with you, is that I have not yet resorted to calling you names. I never said there were not acceptable reasons for the murder investigation  I said we were innocent, thus not concerned with the approach. We didn't resort to deeding over property or "prophecizing" our arrests! We laughed at it all, and eventually the detective and the Feds looked like idiots. Feds were involved because this included an out of state murder. They finally got their man, and he has since confessed to over a dozen murders. I cannot explain on here how we were caught up in this, but there suspiciousions were warranted, just false. |
