Satiyah, does this video play? I mean that Video on Demand button does it work will it bring up a viewer to see the video? if so I can place that video within a link here on the board for all to see right here in this thread. you know we have Video capabilities now

I comprehend completely what you just stated. It would have fallen on deaf ears in terms of the government--yet people just want to hear him say it "I didn't do it."
It was recorded in writing, audio and video when he made his guilty plea. When asked, "All the things the DA just described, did you do them". And York said, "Yes, your honor." The judge said, so what is your plea, "Guilty, your honor."
His plea was later withdrawn, via his attorney for purposes of continuing his trial.
He has yet to stand up and say "I did not do it." He had an oppurtunity to address the court. He had oppurtunity to take the stand--that was his right--he waived it.
