I remember DreALLAH use to always debate with the ALLAH TEAM over the possisioning of the "Moon" but the ALLAH TEAM would always say that the Original flag did have the Moon rising above the "Seven".

I remember Dre telling me that the Moon is not suppose to rise over the "Seven".

But when ever I see any Logo of the Universal Flag from the early 1990's and before, the moon always rose above the "Seven"? ( The Brand Nubian Video for Wake Up , Follow The Leader Eric B Rakim Album, Back In the Days book by Jamel Shabazz )

And was the Flag created by a brother named Shamgod? Did he have anything to do with the change?

I also hear some "5%ers" call themselves Muslim (Ones of Peace) and others that dont (Ones who Submit).

The Flag was created by one of the Fathers/Allah early followers named Universal Shammgaudd. You are right many music videos did have a slight distortion of the Flag-namely Rakims Video. The argument of whether the moon is over the 7 or beneath it, is an old argument. It has been stated by the Author of the Flag -that the moon does not rise above god 7. So on our national Newspaper is the True Symbol of our Nation. The Moon/Cresant is beneath the 7.

Are you trying to tell me that Brand Nubian and Rakim and PRT didnt know that they were using a Distorted Version of the flag? In the video for WAKE UP didnt know that the FLAG was DISTORTED? I mean even the ALLAH SCHOOL SIGN had the MOON rising above the SEVEN. Im kinda sure that this RULE of the MOON not rising above the SEVEN is a NEW ONE.

If it was an OLD RULE, how do you know that they did not mean this? On this photo, the moon is rising above the 7

I have the Universal flag tattoed on my right shoulder and the seven is above the crescent, not the crescent above the seven! The origin of the flag has it's roots in the the symbolism of Prophet Drew ALI, "The Re-uniter of Asia"!

Yes, the Flag that Brand Nubian and Rakim head
was not correct. They were using Universal
Shaamguad Allah's EARLIER design of the Flag, not
the one that Allah the Father endorsed. Allah
the Father corrected Universal Shaamguad Allah on
that. "Thus no part of the crescent moon should ever show over the top of the seven!!! "
This means in depth as well as longitudonally.
I don't know where you got that first one, but I
have never seen a brother in this Nation use that one.
I have seen brothers in this Nation use the other
ones, because the Moon is "beneath" the Seven,
but the NUMBER SEVEN does have a top, so the
best flag is this one



And it does not come to the Moorish Science Temple
of America, mr. "El". It refers to Supreme Mathematics
within it which THE NUMBER SEVEN represents
GOD (The Supreme Being, Black Man).
The Number Seven in Moorish Science Temple represent
the 7 "Elohim" of Allah, which they called
spirits. It really represents the Seven Centers
of the Endocrine System in Man's body. That existed

I dont have a neckalce. I scaned that pic from a Nuwaubian Book. What happened to the Allah Team? I use to build with Wes X ( I dont know his 5% name) on the AUC campus when ever i saw him.

Blasted out of the moorish site? I was there
exposing some guy that was advocating that
he could be in the Nation of Gods and Earths and
the Moorish Science Temple of America at the
same time. I wasn't there to argue with the
MSTA people, I was there to expose that guy for
being wishy washy. You can't say you are in the
Nation, and teach that Allah is Invisible (3rd key in
the 101) by saying you can't See Me, and that
Allah is not the BLACK man (87 key
in the 101), therefore trying to Destroy God.

Str8 Up. Remember, i was nuwaubian. We were taught that Shabazz came form a Babylonian name Sheshbazar but we were not taught that it ment 7, If the Nuwaubians taught that, it might have been before I joined or after. I didnt know much about the MSTA while I was a Nuwaubian.
