We need for every one to send letters to Maku “Chief": Black Thunderbird (Eagle) of The Yamassee Native Americans of the Creek Nation, saying you acknowledge him as the head of state of the Yamassee Native Americans and that he is your chief and your leader. Also state that our land extends from Georgia to Alabama and parts of South Carolina and the other part that we as Yamassee dwelled and that we are acknowledged as Indigenous people. These letters are to be sent to Yamassee Native American Moors Of The Creek Nation, P.O. Box 1845 Milledgeville, GA [31059]. The purpose simply being to show that there is a whole nation of people abroad who can and will attest to who our Maku is and that he has a documented descendancy chart that not only verifies his Native American lineage but authenticates it.
We need to have these letters notarized and federally expressed especially if it is mailed from a foreign country. This is very important and we need as many people as possible to do this in order to add in freeing our Maku. For more information please call: 478 785 8486 or visit our web site at www.unnm.com

York the guide that Dwight York is claiming family was not married to Sacajawea. Note the timeline and who she is truly married to: www.lemhishoshone.com/sacajawea.htmlAlso, the dates on the UNMM for York the guide is suspect. According to the web page, York the guide was 114 years old when he passed, but other research tells me that he died in 1832 of Cholera: www.pbs.org/lewisandclark/inside/york.htmlThose in York's camp need to do some scholarly research and not leave themselves open for the masses..... Too many red flags. The trail of tears also was the registering of many tribes of Government rolls. I have traced some of my family to the Dawes Rolls. www.accessgenealogy.com/native/dawes.phpCan York and those who are claiming to be Yamasee do the same??? The Creek nation was also registered......

He was nicknamed "Pomp" and became one of the most famous babies of the 19th Century when his mother was made part of the Lewis and Clark expedition.
Jean Baptiste Charbonneau was the son of Sacagawea and a French-Canadian trapper, later became a favorite of William Clark, and went on to tour the royal courts of Europe.
On Saturday, June 25, 2000, his grave was rededicated in the remote high desert of eastern Oregon as a prelude to the events leading up to the bicentennial of the expedition that opened the American West.
The grave is three miles off U.S. 95 in the community of Danner, about 17 miles west of Jordan Valley on the Idaho Border.
While the site is far from the actual trail of the expedition, the grave is expected to become a major tourist stop for people who will travel all or part of the Lewis and Clark trail between 2003 and 2006.
Born February 11, 1805, Charbonneau's face now graces the new $1 U.S. coin with his mother's.
He bridged Indian and white culture, living out his life as both a mountain man and government official. The ceremony was meant to recognize both sides of his heritage.
"I guess you could describe it as a beautiful recognition of somebody who played a major part in American history," said RoseAnn Abrahamson, a descendant of Sacagewea's brother Cameahwait. "For us, it was really uplifting."
The gathering included Shoshone Indian descendants of Sacagawea, scholars of the Corps of Discovery and the local ranching families.
Roger Wendlick, organizer of the event, said he worked with Shoshone tribal representatives to ensure customs about the dead were not violated. Wendlick worked under the auspices of the Oregon Chapter of the Lewis and Clark Trail Foundation.
Charbonneau died of pneumonia in May 1866 after crossing the icy rivers of the Owyhee River.
His two traveling companions sent off a death notice, and Charbonneau faded from the nation's memory until a historian who found his obituary in an old newspaper relocated his grave in the 1960s.
Charbonneau first came to Oregon as an infant, accompanying the Corps of Discovery. He turned a year old in present-day Fort Clatsop near the community of Warrentown, Oregon. Clark took a particular liking to the boy and saw to it that Baptise as Charbonneau was later called, received an education in St. Louis upon the expedition's return in 1806.
In 1823, the young Charbonneau traveled to Europe in the company of German nobleman Prince Paul of Wurtemburg. For six years he toured Europe, learned to speak at least four languages fluently and became a favorite in royal courts. At 24, he came home to the west.
For the next 15 years, he traveled the Rocky Mountains as a mountain man meeting with legends such as Jim Bridger, John C. Fremont and Jim Beckwourth. He scouted for the Mormon Battalion in the 1840s and settled in California. He served as alcalde for the San Luis Rey Mission, then spent about 20 years in the gold country of Central California.
"Jean Baptiste symbolizes the settlement of not only the West, but the United States," said author and local rancher Mike Hanley. "He's been overlooked so long it is good he is finally coming into his own."

;DBelow are entries made in the journals of Lewis and Clark which substantiate the first and only written entries that without question identify Sacajawea as the member of Lemhi Shoshone tribe, which occupied the Salmon River and Bitterroot Mountain Range for over 10 thousand years.
November 4, 1804 Sacajawea and Toussaint Charbonneau are hired as interpreter and guide. Sacajawea one of Charbonneau's wives was selected because of her knowledge of the territory in which the expedition was heading toward.
* Shoshone speaking tribes cover vast amount of territory. (From the present site of San Diego to the Commaches of North Texas throughout the present states of California, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho and Montana. With the Lemhi Shoshone occupying the most northern portion of this country.)
* Shoshone speaking tribes are loosely held clans and groups...similar to the pueblos of the Southwest...each tribe occupied specific territorial lands.
February 11, 1805 Sacajawea gives birth to Jean Baptiste Charbonneau, a little boy who the members of the expedition called Pompey...in the Shoshone language means hair. (American Indian children are naturally born with abundant amounts of hair.)
July 19, 1805 Captain William Clark finds the remains of several Indian camps.wicki ups that were made from willow branches, as well as pine trees that had bark peeled from them, Sacajawea informs the captains that her people used the sap and soft wood for food and medicine.
* At this point the expedition was beyond the Great Falls in Montana.
July 22, 1805 Sacajawea informs the captains that she recognizes the landmarks of people's homelands.
Just ahead are the three forks of Missouri where her people were attacked by the Mandans and the place that she was enslaved along a number of childhood friends as well as the place her mother and others were killed trying to protect the children.
* The plains tribes had acquired guns from the early fur trappers along the Missouri the Lemhi Shoshone have not encountered white people this possession of weaponry gave the advantage to the plains Indians.
July 30, 1805 Captain Lewis, Charbonneau and Sacajawea walk to the exact spot five years earlier where she was captured and enslaved.
* When your life is in the hands of your enemy as a prisoner or a slave, you conform to every wish of your captives for your survival depends on this.
August 8, 1805 Sacajawea points to a high formation called by her people (Lemhi Shoshone) the Beaver's Head because this is shaped like that animals head and this is route utilized by her tribe every summer on their way to hunt the buffalo and the expedition will soon find her people.
* South of Dillon, Montana just east of Lemhi Pass which leads into Lemhi Valley.
August 13, 1805 Captain Lewis and members of the expedition encounter Lemhi Shoshone on the western side of Lemhi Pass, sixty mounted warriors engage this group as warning was echoed throughout the valley as intruders entered the homelands of the Lemhi Shoshone.
August 16, 1805 Sacajawea is reunited with her people the Lemhi Shoshone soon Sacajawea recognizes her brother Camehwaite emotional reunion.
* Sacajawea facilitates the dialogue to assist the expedition to acquire the essential horses and guide, to continue with the expedition over Lost Trail Pass.
* Sacajawea continues with the expedition, the promises made by the Lewis and Clark to the Lemhi Shoshone is eminent on the expedition's success.
* Old Toby was also directed to assist the expedition to the land of the Nez Perce through the land of the Flatheads.
April 28, 1806 Sacajawea communicates with a Shoshone woman prisoner at a Walla Walla Indian village…..
* Sacajawea is fluent in her native language to speak with another Shoshone speaker.
May 11, 1806 Again Sacajawea establishes communication with a Shoshone boy living with the Nez Perce.
* Vicinity of Kamiah, Idaho.
July 6, 1806 Sacajawea directs the expedition towards the Big Hole Valley...this is an easier route.
* Sacajawea's knowledge of her homelands is beneficial to the expedition. I doubt that a Mandan of sixteen years of age would be knowledgeable of this shortcut.
July 14, 1806 Sacajawea informs Captain Clark of trail leading through a pass to the plains where her People, the Lemhi Shoshone would go to hunt buffalo. (Bozeman Pass)
July 17, 1806 Sacajawea informs Captain Clark of the fort made by her people to defend themselves from attacks by enemies who had rifles and numbers for superior power.
* Frequently the Lemhi Shoshone and Flatheads would joint forces to hunt buffalo in Montana as more Plains Indians acquired rifles.

Storyteller reflects on Lewis and Clark expedition during visit to Ocmulgee By S. Heather Duncan Telegraph Staff Writer
"Power comes from the heart - not from here," said Curly Bear Wagner, gesturing to his head. "You're head will run away from you, but your heart is always with you."
This is how the Blackfeet storyteller explained his spiritual journey to make a documentary about the Lewis and Clark expedition from the American Indian point of view. Wagner explained this perspective on American history and told stories from the tradition of his Northwest tribe for visitors at the Ocmulgee National Monument on Sunday.
The audience saw an early screening of "First Nations Discover Lewis and Clark," an unfinished documentary based on interviews with American Indians of Western tribes that saw their lands settled by whites after Lewis and Clark finished their surveys.
The expedition's clash with some pre-teen Blackfeet warriors resulted in two Indian deaths and set the tone for the Plains Indians' future relationship with the American government.
"We want to get rid of the stereotype about First Nations people," said Wagner. "We were very educated, and with our arts, culture, history and tribal government, we were very civilized nations."
Wagner is considered a warrior among his people for serving in Vietnam and fighting for Blackfeet remains to be returned to the tribe from museums. He answered questions about his culture Sunday, from marriage relationships to the impact of horses.
Willa McClain, who was visiting from Maryland, was interested to learn some of the cultural similarities between Indian and African marriage traditions.
After years of study, McClain is a traditional priestess of the Yoruba culture of West Africa.
Although Wagner said he believes the Bureau of Indian Affairs should no longer control American Indian tribes, he said his people feel no bitterness about historical attempts to take away their land and culture.
McClain's sister Linda Walton of Macon said she was inspired by this attitude. From the perspective of an African-American whose culture was also oppressed, she said, "I basically feel the same way: If you hold onto the bitterness, it's going to hold you down." ------------------------------------------------------------------------ To contact S. What would this world be without coincidence? I don't see coincidence, I see providence!
Care or preparation in advance; foresight. Prudent management; economy. The care, guardianship, and control exercised by a deity; divine direction: “Some sought the key to history in the working of divine providence” (William Ebenstein). Providence God.

seem like everyone in the UNNM.. even the Peurto Ricans are claiming to be Yamassee.
14 Years ago.. the same people would have told you that they were from Sudan.
YaMasee Prob does mean Oh ANoited,. YOu gotta remember, Moors did come here and a lot of the Native American Tribes were given names by the people from across the sea. Thus you have names like Creek and BLackfoot.
BUT you have to ADMIT.. all a JUDGE has to do is SEE the DOCUMENTATED TRACK RECORD of the NUWAUBIANS from being a RADICAL BLACK MUSLIM GROUP from NY to this and see SOMETHING is FISHY. Yall NEED to go STAND on CORNERS with those RED BUCKETS and ask for HAND OUTS... LIKE YALL was DOING on WINDY HILL RD with out a PERMIT.

From: The Yamassee Native American Moors of the Creek Nation, U.N.N.M., B.I.A. 208/1999 Re: Rebuttal to recent articles concerning Nuwaubians
Upon reading the article in The Telegraph titled: “Nuwaubian group says it has right to issue own official documents,” by Liz Fabian, we, the REAL Yamassee Native American Moors of the Creek Nation, United Nuwaubian Nation of Moors, were appalled to find others using our name. However, we have heard of this group and they call themselves Mt. Arafat and their leader is Derrick H. Sanders-El or Chief Latif. They are not registered members of the Yamassee Native American Moors of the Creek Nation whose chief is Malachi Z. York or Maku “Chief”: Black Thunderbird “Eagle”, who still maintains his innocence. Michael Jenkins is not an officer of the Yamassee Native American Moors of the Creek Nation, U.N.N.M., B.I.A. 208/1999, and Kevin Love is not a member of our tribe. Michael Jenkins is an officer of Mt. Arafat. We do not recognize this group and do not agree with their tactics. The Yamassee Native American Moors of the Creek Nation, U.N.N.M., B.I.A. 208/1999 follow the law. Mt. Arafat is a group of disgruntled people who left the Nuwaubian organization to form their own group. They are not followers of our chief, Maku “Chief”: Black Thunderbird “Eagle”, also known as Malachi Z. York. Like afore mentioned, they follow Derrick H. Sanders-El.
We, the REAL Yamassee Native American Moors of the Creek Nation, U.N.N.M., B.I.A. 208/1999 agree with Susan Sports, and have legal driver’s licenses and legal license plates. We do not recognize Michael Jenkins or Kevin Love as members of our tribe.
Also, Rivka Jordan, who was just recently arrested on February 24, 2004 A.D. In Macon, GA, for possession of a narcotic (marijuana) and allowing her pet dog to assault a peace officer, is of the Navajo Tribe of Phoenix, Arizona. She is not a Yamassee Native American Moor of the Creek Nation and she is not a member of the United Nuwaubian Nation of Moors. We have had our own problems with her in the past. Alpha Dangler and Joseph Rodriguez, who were also arrested with Rivka Jordan, are not members of our tribe either. It seems that those who oppose us are claiming to be us when they get in trouble with the law. It is not a coincidence. But we assure you that these people are not affiliated with our tribe in any way. Not everybody that claims to be a Nuwaubian is a Nuwaupian or even affiliated with Nuwaupians. There are many smaller groups of people and individuals that discriminate against our tribe.
We can only hope that these isolated incidences in no way reflect on our chief, Maku “Chief”: Black Thunderbird “Eagle”, who is innocent of all charges brought against him and will soon prove this in Appellate Court.
We apologize for the confusion and for the actions of those impersonating our tribe. Please disregard any further contact with these groups. In our family guidebook titled: The Holy Tabernacle Family Guide, inscribed by Malachi Z. York, it states on page 39-40:
“Pledge no loyalty to any other country or government other than the United States of America, if you are an American. If you are in America from another country, follow our laws while here. … You should have a passport, driver’s license, social security card, and you should have a proper identification card on you at all times. … Pay your taxes. Don’t let your religious beliefs; whatever they may be cause you to disobey the laws of America. Do not commit crimes or permit crime in your presence.”
Members of the Yamassee Native American Moors of the Creek Nation, U.N.N.M., B.I.A. 208/1999 abide by this book, therefore, members of Mt. Arafat could not possibly be affiliated with our tribe because they do not follow our family guide. Again, Derrick Sanders-El, Michael Jenkins and Kevin Love, are not Nuwaupians.
Also, under our 19 Affirmations in the Little Guide Book for Nuwaubians, written by Malachi Z. York, on page 116 it says, “9. I don’t disobey the laws of the government in which I live.” On page 117, it says “11. I don’t become drunk or intoxicated, or eat unclean things.” Furthermore, in The Dog, book #143, written by Malachi Z. York, it states on page 126: “Ques: So are dogs forbidden to man? Ans: Yes, if you have them in your house running around, sleeping in your bed, bathing in your tubs, eating from your plates, etc.” This book was written to show the history of dogs and how they can never really be truly domesticated. Nuwaupians do not have pet dogs. This further proves that Rivka Jordan, Alpha Dangler and Joseph Rodriguez, are not Nuwaupians. They were found with drugs and dangerous dog. This goes against the culture of our tribe and our way of life.
Nuwaubians are inclusive of all religions and nationalities. A Nuwaubian can be a Christian, a Muslim, or a Jew. The allusion is that to be a Nuwaubian you must be a specific race and belong to a specific religion and that is simply not true. Nuwaubians are made up of people from all walks of life that are cultivated by the same culture.
We, the REAL Yamassee Native American Moors of the Creek Nation, U.N.N.M., B.I.A. 208/1999 uphold and obey the laws of this land. Don’t be fooled. Thank you.

Sovereignty is the prensence of a CHIEF (Maku) or Master. We affectionately call Chief Black thunderbird Eagle ( Dr. Malachi Z. York), "Master Teacher. " The opposite of a sovereignty is an anarchy (lack of a chief or master). In an anarchy there is no sovereignty. For example, What makes this Nation (the United States of America) a sovereign nation? the fact that the President of the United States of America is called Commander in CHIEF.This Great Nation (USA) works because of a constitution, which was ratified by 9 of the 13 original states on 4 March 1787 (not to be confused with the declaration of independence which was adopted on 4 July 1776). This was made evident in article seven of the United States constitution. If we do the arithmetic, we will discover that the product of 9 x 13 = 117 = NUWAUPU. In times past, it was sound right reason that had replaced violence with right thinking. Nuwaupu is our constitution NAR, The people of one fire.
