Associated Press
EATONTON -- A religious leader who admitted molesting 13 children was granted a two-week continuance Wednesday, one day before being sentenced." What we were told is that there were some 'issues' with the FEDERAL plea agreement---that after the pre-sentencing investigation was completed, the Federal judge and prosecutors were not fully satisfied with the agreement...which they can do. York's attorney was obviously concerned about that because he was to be sentened on the State charges the very next day. Well...the Federal sentencing was continued 'indefinitely'...just meaning no date has been scheduled yet...therefore York's attorney rightfully asked for a two week continuance. I mean, why let him get sentenced by the state when the Federal may change (for the worse)...soooo, most likely York will have no choice but to withdraw his guilty plea on the state charges while they await what is happening on the Federal....if so, he will still remain incarcerated, and then may choose to go on to a trial, or to avioid trial come up with another plea agreement. We were told that the Feds didn't feel that 15 years incarcerated was fair (they want him to do minimum 20) Did any of this make sense? If not, I can speak to you more about it on Paltalk....just pm me  p.e.a.c.e. oh yeah, i'll have more info for you shortly....all this should have taken place as of yesterday (Fri. 13th) |

What we were told is that there were some 'issues' with the FEDERAL plea agreement I'm sorry Satiyah but unless you provide a reliable source for your OUTformation I consider it BOGUS. Nothing personal but everyone here knows how you feel about Dr. York. Apparently there is a snag in the plea bargin agreement whether pro or con, the press has yet to reveal. The Atlanta Constitution and the Macon Telegraph (in particular journalist "Rob Preecher") have in the past written bias, and untruthful articles about Nuwaubians, and about the trial. Examples: - Dr. York says he is GOD of the Nuwaubians. A completely ridiculous and untruthful statement.
- They managed to completely silence Judge Phil Spivery who apparently dismissed several charges of molestation hurled at Dr. York as was reported at a local news television station and posted on their website as well.

See, they inform the parents and witnesses of what is going on. She is a member of this board now, perhaps after reading this she will decide to speak up, but if not, I must allow for her anonimity (1Dell, install a spellcheck!) Nah, I told you....I don't speak out against York like that anymore. I do understand what you are saying, and I have no problem with it....I agree, there is obviously a "snag" whether pro or con...however, all I'm saying was 'we've been told". I am quite aware of the games the media plays! To share something with you....last year my son was left alone on a school bus for over four hours. We were media 'victims' ourselves....they will quote you out of context. They will use your quotes later on in other articles etc. That is why our attorney told us always say 'no comment'. Even then, they will publish that statement in a way to make it sound like you're hidind something. And, after the deal with that one newspaper writer admitting to lying and falsifying stories I am definitely aware that media is a hype. I even wrote a thread on here describing how the media is the ones responsible for much of socities thinking....hell, go watch Chicago! Great movie, and it showed how the media truly is a circus. To make a long statement short...the media is not my source....you should have realized that when I made a thread and told you all on here...it may make the papers tomorrow, but you heard it from me first  |

Thanks! for the response, Do you know Jake(Jacob, Yakub) York? No...heard of him (he is one of York's son's), but I've never personally met him. I met Ishmael, one of York's son's as well as Hamiyd a.k.a. "Blackjack" another of his son's. And I know his daughter Hagar. |

I personally did not hear anything like that from my peers. I must agree that the two week continuance has expired as of the 13th of June. Arithmagically speaking, the product for 6 x 13 = 78. The number 78 is a revelation, for not only is it the quantum for the Nubian Number ( 99 9) but also it resonates with the 78th sura of the holy Koran.
