I would like to welcome you to the new city, the new government of Peace, called Nuwaubulis. The word Nuwaubulis is a composite of two words Nawau and Bulis. The former can be traced to the Latin word Nova, which means New (star) and the latter may be traced back to the Greek word Polis, which means Government. Hence, Nuwaubulis is the New (star) Government. You may consider this a supernova, an explosion of a star that is short-lived but emits vast amounts of outformation/information. The supernova, such as an appearance of a bright object in the sky, played an important role in the signaling of the birth of Princes (SARS), Messiahs (Meshiakh) and Prophets (Nuwb). For example, the book of Jasher speaks of Abram and the appearance of an extremely bright object in the night sky at the moment of his birth or descent (Jasher chapter 8). The Book of Isaiah chapter nine speaks of a New Government that will be upon the shoulders of the Prince of Peace. Governments are formed to preserve and to defend the unalienable rights of free people. Among these rights are Life (hayuh), Freedom (fadundum) and Happiness (hetep).
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. The Book of Revelations chapter 21 speaks of a New World that would be heralded by a Holy City descending from on High with the New Jerusalem, which literally means The New Teachings of Peace. So, in the territory of Illuminopolis, the city of the light-keepers, I planted the Tree of the Great Law Peace. Here, under the shade of this Tree, Right Thinking and Sound Right Reason (Nuwaupu/Nuwaubu) will replace slander and corrupt speech.
The mouth of the just bringeth forth wisdom: but the froward tongue shall be cut out.

In the book of Jasher, the teachings of Nuwaupu, Sound Right Reason (the Great Law of Peace), was introduce to Abram by AdonaiZadok (Melchizedec), king of Jeru-Salem, after Abram and his Army had defeated the nine kings in the valley of Siddim. The teachings began in the valley of the kings (melech) and there Abram was also realigned and re-acquainted with the teachings of his ancestorial origins in the stars and the accounts of ON HIGH, Illyuwn (‘L ‘Lyown) and the lowering of Kingship in Eridu, Ruti,67 Sars or 241 200 years before the great deluge. So on June Seventh (67 sars), the Lowering of Kingship, the Nobility became apparent at Nuwaubulis, the New Government, the new city of peace.
