Found in Shimot 20:2-17
First off let me tell you that I have taken up the task of reading the entire bible over again from cover to cover. The last time I did that was back in 92, so 10 or 11 years later I am reading it again with new eyes, what with my exodus from christianity and all. I felt that I owed it to my self. Now that I am thinking with a new mind unplugged from the Matrix, I wanted to glean the garden to see what I have missed. And Man I tell you, reading the scriptures with an unchristian mind is the best way to approach the book. It was SOOOO much I overlooked.
For one, I am starting to disagree with monotheism. I mean I dont know how anyone could read the book and figure there is just one God, or if there is one God, he has some that just a rank below him that he gives a lot of power to or share responsiblity with. There are even times with the Most High refers to other deities that we have been taught to believe were one and the same person, but it's impossible to be the case.
ANYWAY I am getting track. Now here are the 12 commandments
There you have it the 12 commandments. There are exactly 6 that pertains to one's relationship to the Most High and establishes what is required of them and there are 6 that relate to how we should treat humanity. Thereby complete the Tau/Tao or Letter T in hebrew The vertical relationship from earth to heaven and the lateral/horizontal relationship east to west, thusly making completion seeing as how the Tau/Tao is the last letter of the Hebrew alefbet. Incidently the commandments/mitzvot start off with "I IHaVaH your...." the Word I in Ivry/Hebrew is Ani and starts with the letter Alef, the first letter of the Alefbet. For those who dont have ears to see and eyes to hear, I am saying that Alef and Tau is the same as Alpha and OMega...nevermind.
You will notice that is certain places is seems as if I am speaking in broken english during the commandments or there may seem to be typos. It is not. I purposely did that. bEcause as I read the bible over again I am crossing out those italicized words as I go along. And This is how it reads minus those italicized words. You'd be SURPRISED how you can get different meanings without those italicized words all OVER the bible!!! In fact I know entire doctrines built on those italicized words thru out the bible and the Pastors dont know they do so in error.
Sh'l'um
