Why can't I post a reply?

I'm having trouble posting a reply. It says that I'm banned, I swear, I dod not go into anyone's account, LOL!!!!

I did close the browser many times, but when I got to posting, it says I'm banned???

U must be on aol. Clean out your entire cookies cache and temp files, change your server number and it should rectify the problem
