At the meeting on Tamare last night, it was announced that Our Tribe, The Yamassee Native Americans Of The Creek Nation Will Be Amongst the many speakers at the G8 Summit. The Summit, which is due to begin on June 8 - 10, 2004 on Sea Island will be given 30% of the time alloted for speakers per day ... This means that Our Nation Will Have The Floor To Speak, Uninterrupted, and will state all of the facts about this unjust case, which will prove once and for all, that this country has no Jurisdiction Over Our Maku, Cheif Black Thunderbird-Eagle, aka Malachi York, aka Malachi Z. York. Rumor has it, that Sheriff Howard Richard Sills will also be there. It will be made clear that this Government as well as all of the governmental and Jusitce Officials involved with this case, has consistantly ignored all of the proof that Malachi York and Kathy Johnson-York are innocent of Child Molestation and RICO charges. This will prove that Malachi York is indeed a Native American, by blood, of This Country. They further have chosen to ignore the fact that Malachi York sits on the panel of the UN as indigenous and is indeed the Cheif of the Yamassee Native American of The Creek Nation, and that Our Maku is truly who he says that he is, and We are who we say we are, We The People, The Yamassee Native Americans of the Creek Nation will take this invitation to stand before the top 8 national leaders to show and prove, and state our claim.
