I wanted to let you know the child support payment you received reflects the amount collected from the garnishee by their employer. The actual amount of each pay period's garnishment is the legally allowed percentage of disposable income. In Nevada this is 50% of gross wages after excluding Medicare, FICA, retirement, insurance and other child support garnishments. On Monday, May 24th you will also be mailed another check for $23.84 which reflects a bi-monthly payment. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me again.

I know that my original court ordered payment was $184.00 per month with an addition for back payement tell me why that court order is not still in effect?

Let me tell all on this forum of so called righteous thought that i contacted the child support bureau and was laughed at when i asked the second employee i spoke with could she raise her children on 22 dollars child support and she told me be happy some people get nothing, the problem is i spoke to my daughters father who is a chef at a casino who makes more than 14 dollars an hour if they take the money out of his pay check and he said yes, so where is my 184 court ordered child support ?

I went a solid year also with out a child suport check and im still wondering where is the money that was garnished out of his pay checks?

some where someone is being really crooked and stealing from the mouths of babes not just mine im sure.

does your baby daddy have any other children with any other mama besides you ? If so, are there any children he has that are senior to the daughter you have with him ? if so then thats your problem. The courts recognize the senior child over any other children. That child would be getting the hefty percentage of garnishment.

Every state must follow the federal guideline on child support. The maximum garnishment allowable is 50 - 60 % (varies in each states) , irregards how many children the non-custodial parent has. What does this mean ? Say for instance your baby daddy has two children. One by you and another woman. If the other woman is mother to the senior child and petitions the court for child support then she is entitled to a larger portion of the 50 % garnishment (especially if he is behind a big chunk of it).

Assuming what I asked you is true then whats going on here is the other child is getting almost all of the garnished wage and you are getting the remaining amount. If they're garnishing 50 % in your state, the other mother is most likely getting somewhere abouts 45% and you are getting 5 %.

Yes as a matter of fact he does but has always at the time of issuant of the 184 that was in connection with the other childrens deduction brother take the side of the white woman who rule the world with the help of the buck up and wanna be uncle tom black men like yourself.

the fact remains that the COURT ORDER WAS AND IS 184 and its not uphelp by people who take possitions and titles of authority such as NEVADA STATE CONTROLLER.

the only thing they control is placing fellow women and their children they are suppose to have gardianship over under the poverty level while they fuck the shit out of punk as men like you on the low low.

According to child support guideline, the senior or firstborn gets priority over all younger children. Thats the law.

and the 184 was based on him in mind as the others.

the fact remains that the check thats written to me is worthless and not substantial to raising your pet pig let alone a living breathing child.

as far as i am concerned they could cut some of those government jobs out for the trouble it takes to take that check to Mrs. State controllers office for the ink signature that she doesnt even really sign while shes out have tea and crumpets on the other tax payers money(mine).
