ok check out this headline from unnm:
Breaking News: Attorney Sabotages York's Case - UPDATE!
Attorney for Dr. Malachi Z. York, Jonathan Marks, displayed gross neglect and ineffective assistance of counsel at the New Trial Hearing August 13th 2004. The New Trial Motion Hearing was scheduled to hear arguments concerning issues of whether or not Mr. York will be granted a New Trial. Three motions were on the table..
Ok, now correct me if I am wrong here.. but didnt York just beg for all kinds of money for a new attorney because the old attorney did not serve his interests? Isn't this the new attorney that he begged, borrowed, and stole for? Seems to me it isn't the attorney that is negligent but client.. ever heard that saying "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on ME. All the more reason why I believe that York is guilty and he's trying to place the blame on everyone else but himself.

What is a devoted zombie like yourself doing on a forum that does not support a child molesting freak? Master 9 made a suggestion to look at a video clip and I simply followed the link. Besides what I do and don't do aint none of your bidness.. you need to worry about yourself (obviously) and tend to your own backyard. I hope you realize how rediculous that just sounded.. how many darn revisions did York do of his books? LOL.. Courtney- they just DONT get it. and some of them may NEVER get it. this man- doc- york, pops what ever u want to call IT- he has ADMITTED to being guilty ( NEVER withdrew the guilty plea from state case like he said the beggining of the year) he has been FOUND guilty- federal case. he has been sentenced AND DENIED appeal, the land has been siezed. anyone still contributing money is a fool- the case is closed- he will soon be sentenced for the state case- so were is that money going to?  how many lawyers is he going to fire - rehire- before people realize? he BRAGED about having Garland on his team- though ironic- he speaks of the white man being the devil- and east indians being the devil (holy tables) yet he fires his black attorney from the get go and turns to the 'beast' (according to him and his books) with 'all' the nuwaubian in the world- NONE of them are attorneys- who can represent their master teacher FOR FREE?  out of 'all' his connections - NONE of them back him? even the politians he has paid support him. he has given thousands of $$$ on the books AND under the table to local polititians and/or running officers hoping to BUY/win them over - were are they?-- even doc used to say ' all the teachers cant be wrong' so why the double standard when it comes to him? |

Pops pleaded guilty based on a deal that would have got him off in under 5 years. The judge however reneged on the deal. So? Let me ask you this.. if pops pleaded guilty, why did they have a trial anyway? I mean he pleaded guilty so they had him.. why was there a need for a trial? WAKE THE F :-[K UP!!! First off their were 2 trails- he plead guilty to BOTH- he only withdrew the guilty plea from ONE- sending THAT one to TRAIL- were he was found guilty!!! It was said before that the sentence was a SUGGESTION to the judge and it would be up to him to TAKE the SUGGESTION or NOT. so use that - why trail- for someone not up on/or following the case! but JUST like the kobe story- people love koby so they dont want to feed into the fact that ONLY after he was accused did they try to make the girl out into a hoe'. she wasnt a hoe' when he wanted to sleep with her KNOWING HE is married. were was his loyalty? his responsibility? - he 'hit that' without a condom- showing he not only doesnt care about himself- he dont care about his WIFE also. then he bies her the ring after wards? HMMMM..... now doesnt that sounds funny when your pops gives certain families that leaves 1000's of $$$ of HUSH MONEY -LET ME TAKE CARE OF U MONEY- and some got none or $100??? so who is being BIASED now?.... if that was YOUR daughter you sent to live on the land with YOUR beloved master teacher- and she comes and say- 'daddy that man had sex with me when i was 7 years old'..... what would you say? and if they was into all that 'drug, sex and alcholol' and you as a parent dont VISIT your kids enough to KNOW something is up with them? would you sit their and call your child a liar? |

Revising is changing something you stated previously (bringing into question the integrity of the work) , translating is simply taking a work in one language and converting it to another language. It has been proven that the current TRANSLATIONS of the Bible have remained true to the original scripts. I simply pointed out how rediculous your comment was when York has revised most of his "scrolls" at least once. Therefore you cannot downplay Christianity, accusing the Bible is revised (no matter how erroneous that is), for something old yorkster has done numerous times. Stop side stepping the subject and get your facts straight. Once again (make that #1001) you have proved your ignorance.
