Tribal News: The Truth Behind the Psychiatric Evaluation of Dr. Malachi York
There are very little talks about the Psychiatric Evaluation of Dr. Malachi Z. York. Why did they try to hide this? The State under Sheriff Howard Richard Sill at Putnam County Jail provided his own Psychiatrists to keep Dr. York up at all hours of the night questioning him during his stay at Putnam County Jail. The Garland, Samuel and Loeb Firm, who we later discovered was working with them provided their Psychiatrist Nancy Aldridge who Dr. York’s Attorney immediately recognized having a case with her before when she testified and trick him and caused him to loose his case of an innocent person all because he was Black...
So let’s see what the Federal Government expert said about Dr. Malachi York’s mental state. But first let’s look at the plot and conspiracy part of it. The evaluation that was done in Putnam County Jail under Sheriff Howard Richard Sills’ direction and the Garland, Samuel and Loeb Firm conspiring with them and to our knowledge choice picked their own Psychiatrists. They always work on the same cases together in the Middle District of Georgia. 1. Dr. Nancy Aldridge was sent to Mr. York by the Garland, Samuel and Loeb Firm at Putnam County Jail. 2. Dr. Thomas A. Sachy was sent to Dr. York by the State. And all of these so-called discussions and evaluations ended up in the Pre-Sentence Evaluation Investigation termed “PSI”. And of course their story was that Dr. Malachi Z. York was a total kook. The first Psychiatrist Dr. Nancy Aldridge, tested and interviewed Dr. York over a six-day period between January 16, 2003 A.D. and January 22, 2003 A.D. placed between the hours of 10 at night and 4 o’clock in the morning. The evaluation reflects a diagnostic and statistical manual, forth edition impression consisting of Axis I-clinical Syndrome of Delusional (Paranoid) Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Adjustment Disorder with Depressed Mood, and Axis II-Personality Disorders: Histrionic Personality Traits, Self-Defeating Personality Traits, and Schizotypal Personality Features. On July 8, 2003 A.D. Dr. York was subjected to Psychiatric Evaluation by a local State Psychiatrist against his wishes. He felt that the psychiatrist would place him on psychotropic medications in an effort to silence him through “chemical lobotomy” as it appears to occur to many patients placed on antipsychotic medications. Dr. Sachy stated that Dr.. Malachi York was incompetent to stand trial. The Psychiatrist Dr. Nancy Aldridge and Dr. Thomas A. Sachy were hired by Sheriff Howard Richard Sills and the Garland, Samuel and Loeb Firm as a part of the team to bring Dr. Malachi York down. So the Psychiatrist Dr. Nancy Aldridge worked for the Garland, Samuel and Loeb Firm and Dr. Thomas A. Sachy worked for the State and in their case they were told what to say about Dr. York during their evaluations in order to deem Dr. York as Crazy and Delusional. What they did not anticipate is what happened in Court when Federal Judge Hugh Lawson presided on June 30, 2003 A.D., and Dr. Malachi Z. York got the opportunity for the first time to stand up and speak and he made his declaration with his Indigenous Status as the Document confirms from the United Nations, Nations Unies NGO Section, Department of Public Information. Dr. York told the court that he was and I quote,
“…with all due respects to your government, your nation, and your court, we the indigenous people of this land have our own rights, excepted sovereign, our own governments. We are a sovereign people, Yamassee, Native American Creeks, Seminole, Choctaw, Cherokee, Muscogee…I know all the officers of the court recognize Native Americans. I don’t understand in my case; is it because I’m dark-skinned and don’t have straight hair?…I just happen to be a Native American. I’m a Yamassee. Do you understand your Honor?”
The Yamassee Native American Moors of the Creek Nation, were inhabitants of Georgia long ago. And if that’s not good enough in letters written to a newspaper of the time 1858 A.D. known as the Montgomery Mail, J.G. Kliner of Tennessee states to the Indian Historian, U.S. Army General Tom Woodward, he states: He gives the same account, substantially, of the migration of the Indians from west of the Mississippi, that General Woodward does. I think he locates the Yemassee—I write from memory—in the Middle and Eastern portions of Florid, and says they were occupying the country when the Creeks came. He describes the Yemassee as having dark skins, coarse hair, thick lips and flat feet…” They wrote Dr. Malachi York off as crazy because he pointed out the Garland, Samuel and Loeb Firm were Confederates and was not assisting him, he did not trust them and by no means did he hire them. And Dr. York stated, “…No, I didn’t hire Mr. Garland…I would ask that Mr. Garland show us a document, because if I hired him, he should have a contract…” Mr. Garland has no jurisdiction and as a Native American, I was on this soil before you got here or before you established your laws in 1776 A.D. As Yamassee Native Americans, we are on record as far back as 1540 A.D. when the Spaniards visited the Yamassee Chiefdom in area now known as Milledgeville, Ga. and then known as Altamaha. And even before then in 1514 A.D., the Spaniards encountered the Indians in the Georgia area, one of which was the Yamassee Tribe. However, to disprove this fact, they sent Mr. Malachi York all the way to New York City, NY on August 14, 2003 A.D., to be evaluated by the #1 Psychiatrist in the world. And after about 90 Days of intense evaluation, being watched by two cameras 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, questioned daily, and subjected to all kinds of written tests; Guess what the Head Doctor of the Federal Government William J. Ryan, Ph.D. Psychologist New York License No: 09238 determined? According to the United States Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons Metropolitan Correctional Center New York, New York Competency to Stand Trial Evaluation Criminal No: 5:02-CR-27, Date of Report September 17, 2003 A.D., William J. Ryan, Ph.D states,
“Mr. York is a 58-year old separated, African American/Native American (Indian) male…and possesses a rational and factual understanding of the proceedings…Therefore, it is the opinion of this evaluator, Mr. York is Competent to Stand Trial.”
So, William J. Ryan, Ph.D. declared Dr. York is in fact who he said and they also acknowledge his Liberian Citizenship as a National and he clearly stated in the report that Dr. York is a Native American/Indian and this Evaluation staff also read some of Dr. York’s books. Are these Black Doctors? No. Were these Doctors hired by Dr. York or Dr. York’s attorneys? No. Are these Professionals? According to them, they are the very best, but it didn’t stop there. Dr. York sent several of his Ambassadors, one of which was Little Hawk to Ocmulgee, Oklahoma to the Reservation of the Muscogee Creek Nation who are recognized by the Federal Government for verification. But first, Dr. York hired an Independent Genealogist Mrs. Caroline Gould, who traced his Bloodline Name from Birth Records, Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Church Records, Marriage Records, Citizenship Records, Applications for Social Secretary Cards, and Verbal History Records back to Ben York of the Louis and Clarke Expedition. There is no doubt about it. We have the Documents and Seals. So, when the Ambassadors arrived in Oklahoma after days of Negotiations, the Creek Nation decided to go onto the Computer and they came up with over 114 names that belong to the tribes Yamassee, Seminole, Choctaw, Cherokee, Muscogee and mostly Creek form South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and of course Georgia. They found York after York after York. But still, it doesn’t stop there. Along with the Genealogist Mrs. Caroline Gould tracing Dr. Malachi York’s family back to Ben York he also produced several records and had a Blood test, also on the list that came from the Muscogee Creek Nation were a list of 6 signatures to claim the debt that was owed them by the United States Government to Full Blood Choctaw. And who was the third signature on this list? None other than Ben York. You can find these documents on the Internet at www.unnm.com. So the doubt has been removed totally. So why do they keep this out of the Public? Because the Record will show that they all: 1. Lied 2. Deceived 3. Subtleness 4. Connived and used tricks, plots, schemes, and conspiracies to keep from having to tell the people of Georgia that Dr. Malachi York is the Chief of all the land we are sitting on and the legal heir to this land. This is why Sheriff Howard Richard Sills screamed so much about Dr. York’s indigenous status and claims. This is what they don’t want the public to know. But they can no longer hide the truth. This is a Public Outcry. Free Kathy and Malachi.
