As relayed to me by my soul-mate "Chephren" Georgia State Representative Tyrone Brooks who during Mr. York's tenure as tribal leader Mr. Brooks supported publically Mr. York and the Nuwaubian objective. Little is known that Representative Brooks helped write the State of GEORGIA legislation "Child Protection Act". Mr. Brooks has stated, "The law was designed to protect children from predators."
Interestingly enough the State of Georgia's case against Mr. York is predicated upon the State of Georgia's contention that Mr. York's is in violation of the "Child Protection Act" written by former Nuwaubian supporter State Representative Tyrone Brooks. I say former due to Mr. Brooks silence during the final phases leading towards Mr. York's trial. Fascinating connection....

Acknowledged Master 9...the science of 'compromise'. Is it not interesting that Mr. Brooks authored legislation that hovers over the balance of judgment for Mr. York? I know him personnaly, I grew up with all the Atlanta Civil Rights leaders, Cynthia McKinney use to babysit me when she was 12... They have their careers to protect, that's why he is not speaking

Regardless of careers, if I truly believe in someone, I would take a stance. That is why no one will touch York with a ten foot pole. Looking at the mags, I was impressed with al those who were claiming to be Nuwaupians(Celebs) but did that come with a price???

I They have their careers to protect, that's why he is not speaking So did the Macon police officers and fireman that quit, have careers to protect. One's value and meaning in life should be put forth before one's own career, especially when one's own kind is in need. Wouldn't you say Master9?

Recently in the State of Georgia a prominent Negroid high school student/athlete Mr. Marcus Dixon was found guilty of "predatory" child molestation with a 16 year old Caucasian female. Unlike Mr. York Georgia State Representative Mr. Tyrone Brooks rallied Mr. Dixon's state of affairs and stated his legislation was not meant for consensual sex between teens. Tyrone Brooks is not a nuwaubian, If Tyrone Brooks is NOT a nuwaubian, then neither are Cleve Francis, Wesley Snipes, and all those other "celebrities" that you all claim to be nuwaubians. At least Tyrone Brooks did come to the land on several occasions, and he HAS petitioned on behalf of the nuwaubians PRIOR to york pleading guilty.

My point was not about you having anything against Mr. Brooks. My point was/IS that you all put out all the flyers claiming all these celebrities to be nuwaubian, and they are not! You even claimed that Cleve Francis is a nuwaubian, which he is not. We just gave him books and things when he came to preform on the land, and put him on our mailing list to send additional materials. None of those that are listed in those flyers that nuwaubians SWEAR are a part of the organization, are! None of them have said ONE WORD towards his/nuwaubians defense. And I'm saying that at least Tyrone Brooks DID speak out on the nuwaubians' behalf prior to yorks' admission of guilt -however "forced" that he/you all claim it was.

Alleged Quote from Tyrone Brooks: State Rep. Tyrone Brooks of Atlanta had said since York's arrest in May that he was "highly suspicious" of the charges against York. But after hearing of the guilty plea Thursday afternoon, Brooks said York has "got to suffer the consequences." Brooks said he was surprised that York pleaded guilty. "I am surprised because so many of his supporters have called me and said that he is maintaining his innocence," Brooks said. "I spoke to two of his associates last week. They were calling around trying to get people to be character witnesses. I told them I didn't have time to be a character witness for anything like that because I didn't know anything about any of those charges." Brooks said he will remain a staunch supporter of York's followers and hopes they will not disband. "If he's pleading guilty to these serious charges, obviously they've got to look for new leadership," Brooks said. "I hope the Nuwaubians will stay together, get organized, stay focused and continue to build on their land in Putnam County." "They don't use profanity, they don't smoke tobacco products," he said, adding that he believes the community York created should continue. "We have bishops in the Catholic Church (who have) been charged with molesting children," Brooks said. "I don't think we're going to give up on every bishop or the pope. You have to deal with that particular person who would do such a horrible thing to a child and then move on."
