From my findings I am aware that Mr. York during his recent trial did not take the stand on his own behalf for self defense. Is there any reason why he felt this un-necesary. I also remember reading that Max Wood the prosecuting attorney called Mr. York a "coward" for not testifying. Did Mr. York have a good reason for remaining silent?

I am of the thought that cowardice is not the issue that was Mr. Wood's position. The issue was life in prison and Mr. York who has the "gift of gab" most likely would not have hurt himself by testifying in light of the fact he received albeit excessive 135 years (my view). However, if Mr. York was planning an appeal and felt he had no chance in trial then it would be wise to stay "mum".Mr. York during sentencing spoke out... my curiosity is bequeathed by the timing of his words. Specifically Master 9 the "coward" comment spoke to Mr. Wood's disdain for Mr. York.

He had the gift of gab for over thirty years. If my life depended on it, and I knew I was not guilty of ANYTHING, then I would have taken the stand and testify on my behalf. Who is the better witness than yourself??? Carter, regardless of what went on in the court, ifyou were on trial, what would you do??

Because there is no person stepping up claiming to have written this Tribal News: Who the Heck is Dwight York? I could just as well take it as though York himself has written it. Since it is featured on the www.unnm.com website. Since York is obviously trying to hide his true identity again, what makes us believe that even if he took that stand in Brunswick court he would even tell the truth? How creditable is his testimony? Obviously from his admittance in the Rebuttal to Ansar Cult book of being Dwight York and never hiding it. Why now, does he blantantly lie that it was the State of Massachettes who given him that name 'on his birth certificate.' (Refer to Lawsuit filed under Chief Black Thunderbird Eagle against the people). The only resolve is that York attempted to use some loophole called 'misnomer' to get out of his sentence for crimes he admitted and was convicted of. |

He did recieve a illegal conviction, but he never willingly admit to anything, you are trying to uphold a Bogus Plea Bargin which he was under duress... My point is what your personnal interrest? I don't see Ralph posting a responce about ever topic that is connected to NOI? If I was done with a organization, culture, science, religion, cult, occult, I would never mention their name again, I wouldn't disput it, condem it, or pay attention to it, I WOULD MOVE ON WITH MY LIFE! |

When you first joined as an Ansaar, did you ever debate a Christian? You joined an Islaamic group-leaving Christianity behind, but did you ever debate a Christian? Did you ever use 360 questions to ask a Christian against a Christian? York had no business butting into other groups, but he did. He did so to offer a choice to what they were being taught. By those who are part of your group showing you their findings, you seem to put it to the side. I am an outsider to a point. But I am smart enough to follow-up behind your statements and those who contridict your statements. Tell me this, have you ever researched what York has stated and found it not true? Like the masonic issue. I have proven beyond a doubt that York did not get his degrees from a masonic lodge in Cairo, yet you do not believe it. Learn and study from it my brother. I have back in the 70s... My brother, I have met many arab brothers who are members of the Arab Shrine, I have seen the charters with my own eyes, The freemasonry you follow is a sham, created by euro(Caucasion)-masons who don't have any of the secrets.
